Owned for 12 months now- Guards Red 1993 coupe tiptronic, grey interior, with 'unusual' factory fitted detachable tow hitch.
Re joined the club in 2008 after 4 years without a Porsche.

Previously owned 1989 944 2.7 for 14 years.

Bob,

Welcome to the forum, I hope you find it a good source of 968 chat and fun. Sounds like you have some interesting extras on your car.

Just joined the forum, first posting.
I have a 968 coupe tiptronic, guards red with grey cloth interior, first reg 24 April 1994 and mine since November 1998. I'm second owner, she had 26K when I bought her and has only 60K now. Full history file from original purchase order onwards. Mainly Porsche main agent, although the last few years I did one service myself and had another done by one of our 2 local garages (but won't use that one again, cost as much as a main agent!).
She's "Daddy's toy" so only comes out for nice weather - other than that she lives in the garage.
Cheers, Chris

this is my first post as I have recently purchased a 968 CAB and collect it in about 2 weeks time as I'm abroad at present. The reg is L343 RMX and I'm not sure if it is or has been on the 968 register as the previous owner has passed away. Please can you let me know...Thanks Nick

My first post here guys - though some of you may remember me from 968uk... I've been very quiet for a while...

I'm down under now with the car!

Oh - I don't know... Just fancied a change and that's what the girlfriend calls the car ;)

Good to hook up with you again - did you ever find that perfect CS?

Forgot to add my car when asked for garage recommendations. Have a 968 club sport with M030 bits in lovely yellow. Has done 78000 miles.

After owning a 944S S2 and Turbo bought a Polar Silver 968 Coupe a month ago.

Although FSH its been in my garage since buying it and have changed -

Slipper pads
Cam chain
Belts, rollers, tensioners
Waterpump
Front disks and pads

It should see sunlight again tomorrow!!

Rich

Just recently bought a nice speed yellow CS, pretty standard with 60k miles.
I'm abroad at the moment, but should pick it up when I get back end of Novemeber, so looking forward to that.

New member, recently bought a 1993 968 locally which hasn't been on the road for 5 years, needs some work to bring it up to presentable standard. Just joined the forum, living in Spain

New Member just bought a Black CS, absolutely brilliant! Brings back good memories of a Amethyst 968 Sport that I had for a couple of years from '96. Wonder if it is out there - was registered as L21 JMO.

Joins a 996 Turbo S in the garage, which it wipes the floor with on the driving experience.
