RS FEST 2013 IS GONE!!!!

Des - yes, I did. Sorry I haven't replied, been a bit busy. Hugh - we're going to see 'the other' Mint green N-GT at the Nurburgring over the weekend. It would be nice to get all 3 together one day. [:)]

I won't be there due to a combination of work and the trackday being cancelled (I was coming back on Sat), but enjoy yourselves! cheers Ian

Grrrrr ..... off now to tenants leak, then accountant know were I would rather be, damn, next time. Have a good trip guys, you must be near the tunnel now, love to Hacki at the Ring[;)]

I am in Stuttgart and it's boiling, really humid here. Rain all the way till alsace. Then blooming hot all the way to Stuttgart. Got out the car feeling like i needed a cold shower and probably looking like i had one already[:D] See the rest of you tommorow.

Laurence, Rich and Des, thanks for the kind words above, looking forward to seeing you and some more lunatics soon. Des, shame you can´t make it, will try to drink for you, too Looks like a round of beers for me in the Cockpit Bar. See you on Sat, Hacki

Not sure if Uwe was there but for Hugh , a certain Dr eddie Althoff was ! Though i did not see him myself , Jurgen Barth was there also. Great weekend had by all. Hacki was on form, great to see you again.

ORIGINAL: h_____ Damn - really, now that was a missed opportunity!!
Hugh, you would have loved to see and hear 935s and RSRs at full chat on the Nordschleife - and all sorts of pre impact 911s. Mr Richard C. is now the Nordschleife no. 1 fan! Also there: Group C cars (very quick), M1 (noisy!), M3, former DTM cars, pre war blower cars,.... Rgds, Hacki

Hi Hacki, having watched them at Spa a few weeks ago, I can imagine what they sounded like. I do like the group C cars, they are mighty impressive. Now the pre-war cars...that would have been quite something....not sure I'd fancy piloting one around the ring! Sounds great.

Oh, if we must. ;-)
