I am looking to get the Cobb AP stage 2 too. may I ask where you are sourcing yours from? as its such a new release, are there any dyno numbers for the UK yet?

As an update my car has been tuned and been doing some data logging this week for further tweaking of the maps.

Is this where my 911 ST look-alike belongs? It's 3.2 Carrera based, so currently i'm in that register but it doesn't seem right anymore. Where are the other ST/RS etc backdates hanging out?? Or are they not welcome anywhere?!

Hi BND. which stage tune/AP did you go with?

are you getting litchfield's own exhaust upgrade too?

I now know Akrapovic now have a slip on exhaust and titanium link pipes with and without cats for the 991 TTS... do you think this is loud enough to warrant the upgrade from Stock?

All backdated welcome here, also your own generic, buy one get one free ..... Very pleased to say the Register members are increasing, particularly since our great little display at Althorp .....

Hi, I have the Litchfield Ti exhaust with 200 cell cats + the Cobb tune. Just back from 2000+ miles across Europe and car will be back to Litchfield soon for a little fine tuning.

i personally think the Akrapovic looks and sounds terrible ... especially for the price they want. The Litchfield system sounds great and gets plenty of admirers.

Ahhhh. so you're Brett with the white test TTS Litchfield have been working on...

It's your car that i've been waiting on for the results:p

I would be interested to here your thoughts on the difference both the Cobb and titanium Exhaust have made to the car's sound and it's mid-range performance. I know it's totally customisable but this is where I am looking for more from the car.

did you get the option to keep the black square tips?

Yes that is correct. The car is much stronger mid range, and sounds much better. I chose the titanium tips ... Personally not a fan of th oem black tips.

I don't know whether this is the place to introduce my modded 1970 911T but here goes.

Mechanically standard but nicely set up by Tech 9, amongst its cosmetic mods it is wearing a matt silver wrap. The previous owner was obviously inspired by Magnus Walkers 68R but moved away before he could finish his project. There are plenty of cosmetic jobs to do and I've just done abit of tidying to the interior so far.

Just saying hi!

Looks very nice.

If you PM Des Sturdee (carerraboy) or me we'll send you a prestigious Register badge.
