It's good to celebrate the Motorsport pedigree of our cars!
I would have so loved to race in the turbo Cup series, must have been mental[:D]

I had the turbo cup as my screen saver on my phone. The image with normal turbo position and small cup.

Red cup is ok but seems off balanced maybe small red below the stock turbo to the right

Or maybe red just red turbo

The guy who makes these stickers is Roy. He is a Turbo owner and a member of Tipec ( but we won't hold that against him) he can make you anything you want in the correct script. If you want a decal or sticker just call him and he'll do it for you.

By the way I'm not involved with his business in any way I've just met him a few times at events in Scotland and he is a good guy.

Popped one of these into my back window a few months ago http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/944-TURBO-CUP-rear-window-sticker-silver-rose-/160889528216?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2575c35f98

I really like that,it's period looking..
That design could be incorporated into a roundel with some dates and years on etc like the 70s 911 sport!

The original TC used round door number backgrounds with the Turbo Cup script and 944s at the bottom of it.

It all feels a bit like putting a GT3R sticker on a C4S or a Turbo badge on a Lux. The Cup cars were/are special because of what they were. Putting a badge on a bogo Turbo a Cup car doesn't make.

Interesting stuff. I've just had one of the worst eBay experiences I've ever had from him. A tirade of badly written, aggressive, and patronising emails with no contrition or acceptance that he may be wrong in the slightest. If he's a nice chap in real life then I'm glad, but he's a real keyboard warrior when he wants to be.

I'm not just putting it on a 'bogo' Turbo as you have called it, it is going on a Turbo S Silver Rose which is derived from the Cup car. And these badges were fitted from new to the French Turbo S cars and after checking with OPC Kendal they had a part number but was only sold in France and no more stock is left as they only produced a limited run of them in line with the number of cars they sold.
