Viewing a 968 Club Sport this week.....

Thank you for your very helpful comments guys and, for putting me straight on the dates of manufacture [:)]. Blade 7, what Colin at Ninemeister said to me was that he would be prepared to make me up a super charger kit capable of producing 350 BHP (providing he got at least half a dozen orders) but, he would not make up any more of the 480 BHP kits. I think he said it was because of con' rod problems [:(][;)][:D].

Congrats, you will love it!

Got myself an Iris Blue 1995 Sport in early April, it has since spent a couple of weeks at the mechanics and the last 8 weeks in the bodyshop for the full monty. Meant to be getting it back next Friday and to say I am excited is an understatement!! [:D]

Some pics would be great when it's back

Drat!! Wont be able to come to Goodwood after all, have to work, unfortunately []!! Looking forward to meeting up with you as soon as I get my 968. Have a great weekend chaps [8D]!!

Well I can see 968 turbo in the making.

Good to have u back Pete. I think you would off been better off with 911 turbo. I feel it would have tick more off your boxes

Prices are going nuts on the 996 TT at the moment, this time last year £25k would have bought you a nice average mile car, that same car today is £35k+ :(

996 C4S is still good value though, but no doubt they'll follow the Turbo trend too.

Ha,Ha!! Hello Terry mate, how are you doing these days and, how's that lovely "Beast" of yours? Have you blown the Turbo yet [;)]?!!?

Well mate, this Black, 968 Sport/Club Sport is everything I want of a car, it is absolutely immaculate and no mistake [8D]!! Totally track biased with big brakes, poly bushes, kwv3 suspension etc. It was owned by a Porsche technician for years and then, I have bought him from a car collector who has only owned him for just over a year, keeps him in his own indoor cover in a heated garage and has only done fifty miles in him [:(]!! I cant wait to get him Super Charged and, thrash him to within an inch of his life [8D][8D].........[:D].

Forgot to say Terry, I spent months looking for a decent 964 but, all I got to see were grossly overpriced "Shed's" [8|]!! As for decent 964 Turbo's.........? Forget it mate! I'm a working Plumber Terry, not an eccentric millionaire..........

Pete once your out and about where meet up for a ride. I'm working soild at moment and haven't got it out, needs an occasion

Definitely Terry. Be good to see you and the "Beast" again! I'm working quite a bit too lately (got a 968 to pay for [8|])!! I wanted to go to Goodwood today for the 968 summer gathering but, my plans went pear shaped and I have a newly installed boiler to commission.

I wanted to get out of Brighton too as it's "Gay Pride" this weekend [:(]!!! If you fancy a run down to the Coast Terry (or any of you), I have moved and, I am now in Saltdean, which is just along the coast from Brighton. The Fish and Chips are on me...[:)].

I took the day off today and went to sailbury, about 5 hour 200 mile trip to ride my bmx in the woods, much more dangerous hobbies but less expensive.

or you can come down my way, give u a reason to put some much needed miles on.

You could of come down here Terry and eaten Fish and Chips, got drunk and, stayed over for breakie' at my mate Brian's Cafe'[8D]. Thus saving your legs a whole bunch of pain peddling about in Salisbury Woods [:(]. Much more enjoyable and, much less dangerous methinks.....:ROFLMAO:. Once I have taken delivery of the 968 Terry I will give you a bell mate and drive over to Essex for a meet up, no worries.

It's a four seater Pete, you not going to bring one of the others in the picture, citizen smith

lol

let me know when and you can have a look at my coupe
