i take the philips screw out of the door frame, pull the handle out about 2mm then spray down, flex the handle, spray again, flex, spray, flex. catch the crap that falls out the bottom with a rag. you can just about see the mechanism working from the top. after 5-10 minutes the handle moved freely. used wd40 over spray grease because its thin enough to pour out of the bottom and dislodge some of the crud. when i do it properly i'll strip it down clean it and grease it but this was just a temp fix to get the handle working properly.ORIGINAL: markofaylubed the sticking drivers side door handle (the lazy way) by lots of wiggling and generous application of wd40.Having the same problem with mine which is the best method? Thanksyou should really use spray grease door handles Wd drys out far to fast.
