Where is the Early 911 Register Secretary?

God forbid the 964RS register and forum loses all its support here otherwise I'd not even login to PCGB or bother with the club at all.

I'd like to think that you'd log in to the 944 Forum....it is the most active of all! [8|]

Just a thought - there is a lot of moaning going on here, and I'm very aware that it's all justified. But, has anyone actually picked up the phone? Not everone is active on the forums, and a call to the people involved might be more useful than preaching to the converted!

Fair point Paul - very active place the 944 forum and helpful while I had mine....expect it to go this week though[&o]

It's not poorly informed posts it's more poorly informed PCGB members and PCGB forum members. As much as i read the PP cover to cover I still feel I am missing alot of what is going on or ment to be going on. but then that has seamed to be what the club has created over the years. I would have thought the forums would have been a good place to help ease that situation by responding more quickly to things when some one steps down. Or adding comments to stop any missdirected threads.

I have to say the replys back over ragley by PCGB and Ragley them selves was a very good move although alittle slow..

never mind I am glad the wheel is turning.
 
Hello to all Early 911 Register members. I am pleased to announce that as of today 1st November 2007 I have appointed a new Register Secretary for the Early 911 Register. He is Ian McLeod an owner and former racer of a RHD 1973, 2.4, 911E. I will let him do the talking for what he plans for the future of the Register, and soon when we have done the changes, you will be able to e-mail him on the Register e-mail address of 911@porscheclubgb.com I am impressed with his plans and his wish to take on the position and would like you all to welcome him and join in with me to wish him well and to give him our full support for the future.
