It is race day, the paddock is waking up, huge line of racecars here ready for the first 2 races of the PCGB season. ..... as mentioned previously the 2nd race will be live on Motors TV if you cannot come. R1 ... 12:15 R2 ... 15:15 and follow the timing via tsl-timing.co.uk

Quali & Race 1 & 2 results here: http://www.tsl-timing.com/barc/2013/131421pcb.pdf A lock out for Peter Morris in Class 1 and 968's win Class 2, first race John McCullagh & second race Andy Toon

Brands is going to be fascinating on Sat 4th May, can't wait to see how it all pans out on the tight Indy circuit. NB The 2 x 25 min races are being held within an MGCC race event Tickets here if anyone is interested: http://www.brandshatch.co.uk/calendar/2013/may/mgcc.aspx

Timetable below, quali is 25 minutes long and it will be busy with 32 entries and probably a reserve or two added into the mix:

Results here: http://www.tsl-timing.com/mgcc/2013/131853pcb.pdf In summary Tom Bradshaw made it a double win in Class 1 with his Hartech Boxster despite the best efforts of Mark Sumpter, Mark McAleer and Pete Morris. In Class 2 John McCullagh was also a double winner in his 968, with none of the other runners getting close to him. Lots of close racing, add in some safety car periods and good weather. One good day. Next round back at Donington on 1st June

Donington again on Sat 1st June Not far away now, a large field is in prospect with over 32 cars entered and one or two more expected. Timetable: Quali 11.25 Race 1 15:00 Race 2 18:25 See you there if you can make it............

Just back home from the Donington races, results here: http://www.tsl-timing.com/amoc/2013/132254pcb.pdf In summary Tom Bradshaw 'clean sweeped' it for Class 1 in his Hartech Boxster -- brilliant how he kept the likes of Sumpter, Morris, Slater and Wilkins at bay. In Class 2 the 968 of John McCullagh did the buisness winning the class in both races with various pilots in 944's or 968's swapping positions for the other podium places. Race 1 had 8 DNF's, thankfully only 2 of them for damage, of which one got out for the second race. The circus now rolls onto Silverstone on 15th June, which is only two weeks away........... see you there then. Could indeed Mark, I am looking forward to getting plenty of track time in. Only my 2nd time on track this year and my first race since, well errr Silverstone nearly 2 years ago , assuming of course I don't bin it again in quali. I noticed a certain David Coulthard has a garage booked for Friday testing. I am hoping the rain is Friday afternoon only so I can try out my wets but not worry about racing in the stuff.

ORIGINAL: MarkK First Silverstone round this weekend, could be a good race, could be raining!
Sounds like it could be entertaining.....I'm looking forward even more now to coming to watch you guys. [:D]

Gentle reminder, next 2 rounds at Silverstone this Saturday 15th June. http://www.mglive.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/MGLive-2013-Race-Timetable.pdf Weather forecast looks good, bring your suntan cream!
