Ricks on here...think he posted he was selling the other day on the "What did you do to your 944 today ?" thread. Yes an interesting spec !

Christ that turbo is hideous, let me guess, owned by an 18 yr old chav who reads Nuts and max power. IMHO that car looks way wrong.

sc0tty in disguise ? [;)]

Just so everyone knows sc0tty has now left an unpleasant message thats awaiting approval to be posted which of course it won't get. I would hope no one will ever defend him again...[&:]

Judging by the fact that he has gone on the rant on Pistonheads I am sure it won't be long. Having said that they don't like cross forum moaning.

In fact he seems to have a rather unpleasant user name and all of his two posts or not very nice.

Jon that's just no fun mate.  Can't we even get a hint of what the message was lol [:D]

Just infantile name calling directed at a certain person - have left it there so all the Admins etc can get a good look.

Pistonheads thread now deleted so I guess they won't up with such childish behaviour. Life returns to normal.

[FONT=Arial"][FONT=verdana,geneva"]sc0tty is actually a decent bloke in the flesh, as opposed to the virtual sc0tty. He fanatical about 944s and anything Porsche.

He just enjoys lighting the blue touch paper and standing back for the flack. Unfortunately, most fall for it.

And it is for that very reason that he has been given soooo many chances.

Any road up, back to the grey car. I rather like it although, I fear even with 300+ bhp (in this day and age) it is being a bit over the top.

If it was bringing 500 bhp to the party it really could look like anything it wanted to and no-one would argue.

Ah thats alright then - clearly its everyones else's fault and not his [8|]

Back on to the car and not the unrelated part of the topic [;)] , I'm going to have to be honest ( and accept getting knocked if need be ) and say that as a lover of a good project
(if well done) , I rather like that car.
For me , the orange is a no no but but without the orange it is quite aggresive looking and I suspect non 944 folk would really wonder what it is and possibly admire it.

It reminds me of the sort of thing Americans do to 944's all the time and for me most of the best looking shall we say ' custom ' 944's seem to me to come out of the U.S. If I was looking to spend 7,000 on a 944 I'd seriously consider it depending on how it drives. As for the price , it seems that folk realise that 7000 is a ceiling for a custom I.E non original 944 whatever they cost to build as several 'unusual' cars lately have been put up for sale for around 6995 including the 924/968 hybrid which is interesting.

I do like that Guards red 944T up for sale though I have to say ( despite its colour)

Regards Mas

I personaly love the look of Rick's car and i am 40 something, never bothered to read nuts but just look at the pics if you get my drift.
Scotty aka SDH aka ? aka ? has got some serious inferior issues.................Cyber Idiot !!!

Bought a bargain Zymol Kit for the 944's today, the genuine Porsche Glasurit one RRP £ 150+ got it for a fraction, black car still in paint shop, Kalahari car has bits of ECU 's hanging in the footwell until i can source a 24 pin Motronic which may be sorted via James Eaton at only 9 (depending on money to swap)i
