Maybe one in this colour will go for a bit less as it won't be to everyone's taste[] http://www.dspyda.com/Spyder_Gallery/Pages/Speed_Yellow_PTS.html#0 But, PC Wilmslow's car has gone up again, from £38,934 to £39,435. They've also updated the ad to include the PSE.ORIGINAL: jdpef356I say delete the the Thread - then the price will go down and I can afford one[]ORIGINAL: rob.kellock 30 pages and 6700 hits. No wonder Wilmslow put the price up!

Welcome! Hope you enjoyed getting through all the videos and pics[]. Hope to see some pics of yours and the spec[]ORIGINAL: VvrooomM Just taken me all day to read this lot. Poor dirty unloved silver Spyder could have been cleaned in that time!!!
VvrooomM this should give you the sort of standard we expect .... no pressure[]ORIGINAL: VvrooomM Just taken me all day to read this lot. Poor dirty unloved silver Spyder could have been cleaned in that time!!!
They did that just for us. Happy Christmas gents, think we agreed 10% commission or at the very least some invites to the Cayman launch in the New Year... []ORIGINAL: flat6 But, PC Wilmslow's car has gone up again, from £38,934 to £39,435. They've also updated the ad to include the PSE.
Interesting to read those threads. The 981, although a better car and more expensive, I think its current over-supply will damage its desirability (as well as residuals). It's now a mass produced car but it's a VERY good one. Maybe the Sports Chassis is coming so soon for people like me who aren't looking for softer set-up. The likes of Merc SLK buyers coming to the new Boxster wouldn't want the the set-up the way I would want it. http://www.topgear.com/uk/porsche/boxster/road-test/s-sport-driven http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evocarreviews/286315/porsche_boxster_s_sport_suspension_review.html They should charge less than PASM for the Sport Chassis as it should be like choosing a soft or firm bed[]. It's a preference. One is not a luxury item over the other. As I say, most buyers wouldn't want the Boxster in hardcore set-up, and that's why I think there'll be a Cayman 'special' before the Boxster. More people want a stripped out hardcore coupe to drive daily and take on the occasional track day, rather than a hardcore roadster for the same purpose.ORIGINAL: daro911 Looks like the Spyders Web has spread to other parts of the world busy discussing the future for the breed [] http://www.planet-9.com/981-chat/68358-boxster-spyder-cayman-r-981-platform.html In the meantime if you need further distractions from getting the bucket and sponge out have a read of this thread [] http://www.planet-9.com/987-cayman-boxster-chat/70644-spyder-vs-981-a.html

[] I wonder how much they'd be asking for a high spec example like this. Plenty of leather and other expensive options. Would be good if the Alcantara came in other colours to match the leather. http://www.rennteam.com/forum/page1.html;jsessionid=1401afbhujupp14x49iokn9cf2?vs=0ORIGINAL: rob.kellockThey did that just for us. That looks like a good £3k plus of extra hides just for starters [&o] Very unusual colour combo too Now this beauty is responsible for the inspiration of our versions let's hope it isn't going to be another 50 years before the inspiration comes againORIGINAL: flat6 I wonder how much they'd be asking for a high spec example like this. [link]http://www.rennteam.com/forum/page1.html?vs=1#PostDetailsTitlePortlet[/link] There's a current thread on there too - much talk of currently undervalued collector's future classic. That brown interior was a bit much for me - too luxury for a Spyder, went against the ethos of the car. Now the old blue car, that oozes cool.
Rob when our Spyders are 50 something I am sure they will have a similar effect on the lucky owners circa 2060 [8D][] Interesting to see how short supply is in the home country and appears similar story throughout EurolandORIGINAL: rob.kellock [link]http://www.rennteam.com/forum/page1.html?vs=1#PostDetailsTitlePortlet[/link] There's a current thread on there too - much talk of currently undervalued collector's future classic. Unfortunately sometimes the links to rennteam threads don't work [&o] For those who didn't see the black / brown car, Google 'rennteam boxster spyder' and choose the link entitled Boxster Spyder‎ - 31 Aug 2011 Rob, what was the title of the thread you were looking at. The Brown interior was only an option if you were going to drive it hard[][&:]ORIGINAL: rob.kellock That brown interior was a bit much for me -

doesnt look the slimmest of chaps either[]so any weight reduction on the spyder will count for zero!!!ORIGINAL: flat6 Might be the slowest Spyder with extra weight from all the bits he's tacked on []
Thanks Rob. It's certainly getting more favourable attention now that it's no longer available. I'd really like to keep mine AND scratch that '4-chair' itch[8|] On other forums there's a few people on their 2nd Spyder after regretting selling their first.ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Need help - Boxster Spyder [link]http://www.rennteam.com/forum/page1.html?vs=1#PostDetailsTitlePortlet[/link] There's a current thread on there too - much talk of currently undervalued collector's future classic.
