Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

Do you mean the car that was just at PC Swindon for a couple of days and sold already? That's the only 59 plate i've seen. It was this chap's car, sold for a second time.
ORIGINAL: Andrew Killington Hi Cecil and all 'twas me who went from Spyder to Spider. IMHO the Spyder is THE complete sports car package, a fantastic achievement. The 430 of course has its own charm, namely the engine and the noise and IMO has very forgiving neutral handling with a crisp turn-in and little understeer. The F1 although getting on in years is a gearbox well suited to the car and has converted me to that technology. Unlike the Spyder the 430 has more shake (not bad) but wasn't designed as a roadster unlike the Spyder. I was able to scratch the F car itch and am pleased to have done so. For me it says a lot that I traded a Gt3 RS for a boxster and with the Spyder you do IMO get a genuine pure exhilRTing sports car experience. Regards to all
Sorry, no, I meant the black one parked outside the PEC in your last link.
Before a single picture went up it has sold ... Some lucky person smelt the coffee very quickly and bought it over the phone ... Cracking colour too [8D] Spydermen ... do you think this mega Spyders web has something to do with that car selling in hours? Definitely! I want my 10% commission! Not sure that I dare admit this in public but I actually dreamed last night that I swapped mine for it! I need to get out more...
Aqua Blue Spyders definitely need the alloys in the standard silver finish IMO for some reason the black just don't look as good with that colourORIGINAL: flat6 You will enjoy this set of blue pics[] [link=http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidbush/5573278599/in/photostream/]http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidbush/5573278599/in/photostream/[/link]
I agree. 911V car has been bought by a Pistonheader... Who last week sold his silver Spyder! Clearly, couldn't cope without one!
Very lucky guy to get back into one so quickly after just selling his last one [] http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=48&t=1243583&mid=0&nmt=Bloody+Spyder+Addiction%21ORIGINAL: rob.kellock I agree. 911V car has been bought by a Pistonheader... I agree. Silver wheels and silver decals works well on the blue. For some reason I thought that the blue comes with silver seat belts. Might be wrong. Might have just been a option i'd seen on one. I think black wheels work best against white and red. Black cars are too dark with black wheels.ORIGINAL: daro911Aqua Blue Spyders definitely need the alloys in the standard silver finish IMO for some reason the black just don't look as good with that colourORIGINAL: flat6 You will enjoy this set of blue pics[] [link=http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidbush/5573278599/in/photostream/]http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidbush/5573278599/in/photostream/[/link]

I reckon there'll be a few. Remember the guy on his thirdORIGINAL: daro911 I wonder how many people have two Spyders on there CV's []
ORIGINAL: flat6 I guess the only thing that comes close is that the guy that runs www.dspyda.com has had 3 Spyders HIMSELF! He admits to being addicted to swapping out his cars but somehow can't get past the Spyder and keeps coming back. Madness! http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/987-981-forum/709417-wanted-boxster-spyder.html
Whilst looking for some nice pics of aqua blue Spyders I can across this[&:]
Makes me think, I can't see when I would feel like putting a hard top on the Spyder (although, this is my first convertible, so what do I know). If the weather got bad enough to warrant a hard top I wouldn't be out in it anyway. If it cuts down wind noise, I wouldn't want to be covering the amount of motorway mileage where the noise would get to me.
That has to be one of the most hideous conversions I have seen to date and I bet it cost a fortune too []ORIGINAL: flat6 Whilst looking for some nice pics of aqua blue Spyders I can across this[&:]
