Come on Fire 2, I was pedalling it around the Indy circuit in 53 seconds in my little 150bhp Caterham, must try harder [] But of course you weren't really timing on a track day [] Video looks good in what looks like fading light, what on board camera do you use?ORIGINAL: Fire_2 a few buddy's booked a last minute thing at brands last night, I wanted to test my harness's that I fitted pushed out quite a few 56/57 secs laps, I'm on the edge of the tyre again so will need alittle more camber and cup 2 tyres soon anyways here's the vid enjoy,
wear a vest , I am not joking but a bucket surrounds you so much at the bottom it's very warm to sit in and much softer and shields you from any wind getting down there., I do get lower back issues but they go away when sitting in the bucket seats, (that's true not made up) Extra heat is not good and expands your disks in your lower back which can makes things worse although it may feel nice to begin with. people need to fix the cause of lower back discomfort not look for a solution after it starts to hurt, maybe your seats adjusted wrong. (again not joking) most peoples seats are mis adjusted I have act been on a seat adjustment course for a major company who's field engs took too much time off with back issues 90% have their seats very very wrong. inc lumber ajust. best thing for my back is sitting in my buckets, I also find normal Porsche seats very hard to sit on and they give me numb bum within an hours drive.ORIGINAL: dyllanYou are lucky enough Not to suffer from low back problems I take it ? Or else you would know that in All weathers the heated seats are a huge boon []ORIGINAL: MrDemon stuff

well blow me !!i didnt realise you were an neurosurgeon as well[] as an ENT specialist i have consulted numerous colleagues - real neuro and orthopaedic surgeons i wont go into the details of what their opinion is but it certainly dont match yours chummy!!!! BTW its not necessarily the buckets PER SE that are a problem for me or many others-its the getting in and out of them which can cause very real rotational problems on the lumbar spine where disc damage has destabilised the lumbar vertebrae.(but you probably didnt get that on your "seat adjustment course"[] only joking with youORIGINAL: MrDemonwear a vest , I am not joking but a bucket surrounds you so much at the bottom it's very warm to sit in and much softer and shields you from any wind getting down there., I do get lower back issues but they go away when sitting in the bucket seats, (that's true not made up) Extra heat is not good and expands your disks in your lower back which can makes things worse although it may feel nice to begin with. people need to fix the cause of lower back discomfort not look for a solution after it starts to hurt, maybe your seats adjusted wrong.
