Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

because the new 981 gear ratios are longer, and that was one of the main reason I sold my GT3 (to long a ratio), PDK has 7 gears so shorter ratios, plus you have to make the jump at some point ;-) Seems they don't design cars to be manual now days. getting about 120mph in 3rd is stupid and most of the time will be annoying :-(
been looking at this whole gear ratio thing and actually the 981 has the same gear ratios/final drive as the 987.2(both manual and pdk). but i am wondering if pdk has been altered with ratios to make faster than manual ie has lower gearing in 2nd and 3rd giving it an acceleration advantage?

ORIGINAL: flat6 There are some rare pics somewhere on here of a white car with white wheels, extended Alcantara trim with deviating stitching in red and I think it was black leather. Really looked the business.

white wheels would never work unless you had PCCB imo, keeping on top of those looking good would have to be a clean every trip out.

The weather forecast makes this much more appealing - fantastic loction if the weather is good, can be hellish if it's not. Did I read somewhere that there is further discount off the members rate if you're a first time attendee to a Porsche organised event?

yes I paid £200 :) and the weathers looking great, good for Porsche in the prom on Sunday also if you stay over.
