Nope colour coded side vents hardly shows so little extra paint for so much money toojdpef356 said:With colour coded side air ducts I hope Daro?
Red Stitching and coloured roll bars?
Red stitching indeed even though you get fabulous red stitching for free on your Evora but then having to pay Porsche for red cotton is normal MO
Spyder roll bars only get 1/2 painted and everywhere else in same area left black again too much money for too little paint. Looks better left all in the black IMO
Not Red as people would think I had the same old car As I am not buying one new ,will just see what turns up on the second hand market in a year or two at around £45K
(you're still PTS though aren't you Daro ?)
Its going to sit along side my 987 Boxster S in Guards too !
I think walking into my new double garage will be a very cool affair....
just need to make sure I pick the right set of keys !
Nice Spec Boxster7 when is your build slotBoxster7 said:Thats pretty much exactly how I've speced mine.

I am still with my Porsche bucket list ticking i.e. PTS []
Sadly, £25k plus my Cayman for a car I could use less is not going to happen just yet!
Still telling me it's an October build (I'm first of two cars at the local OPC).daro911 said:Nice Spec Boxster7 when is your build slotBoxster7 said:Thats pretty much exactly how I've speced mine.

Hoping to get some good use pre winter lock up []
The new car has the characteristic slightly awkward profile with the roof up that creates intrigue amongst the less informed.
Roof down it looks like the best choice in the current Porsche range for the sunniest days where the most important thing is having no roof over your head in the most stylish shape, regardless of any inconveniences or impracticalities that are a consequence of the attractive shape. Hopefully also have attractive company onboard who likewise admires your good taste[].
As for colours, i'd like it in the red or blue. I wouldn't go for yellow (whereas I would on a GT4).

John I have a sneaky feeling you will be hunting down one of those Sapphire Blue Spyders when they come to market in circa 2017 at £50k+++ [8D] £100k plus with the blonde option

Thanks flat6 and feel free to post too as a founder member of this forum [] I have posted good bad & ugly in order to keep it balanced but the best is yet to come when guys on here start to post their PEC 1st acquaintances with the new pet

At 100k with the blonde option, worth every penny![]
Daro, I think the £100k option is worth it, it's knocked years off you[]
Blue does look good on the move.
It's good to see reviews conducted on the road. Track reviews would miss the point of the car entirely, as would any GT4 vs Spyder reviews.
Yes will be good to hear the PEC experiences. Yes it's a track but only a small one, akin to a good B road[]
