i'll take that weather please, car sounded like the 430 when the manifolds went lol

That may sound great from behind the wheel, not sure just sitting in front of a screen, but is it switchable? [8|]

Rev Matching

My GTS has it on Sport Plus but why would you put it on the sportiest setting that's where I want to do it myself, if it was on the base setting (normal) then fair enough I can use Sport and Sport Plus to get the most out of the driving experience.

As it is I now don't use Sport Plus.

Does anyone else feel the same way or am I missing something ??

Geoff

My Cayman S rev matches in sport, maybe because it's PDK rather than manual? Like you, except for a couple of occasions, I haven't used sport plus (or launch control at all, for that matter).

Prices are taking a hammering at present ..for some one in the market for the 987 the coming months looks like a good time to buy !

That one seems very under priced in view of what 911v have just got for there 2 Spyders they have taken deposits on!

It does indeed considering it will be offered with full service and a 2 yr warranty ..and has all the right bits on it . a bargain

Have to agree kitchens its a good time to buy for anyone wanting a 987 Spyder just take a look at PH for sale, Prices are all over the place.

Also for sale 3, well 2 981 Spyders, plus one build slot being offered at 20K over list! Interesting times.[8|] Where and when will it all level out?

I tend to agree that the OPC Bristol car looks too cheap. Assuming it's a straight car with no material accident damage it looks like a bargain.

Still unsure about the Agate, [;)] However I note no one has removed the PORSCHE emblem to just leave Spyder as they ddi on on the 987 by removing Boxster.
i removed both the Boxster and the Spyder badges and replaced them with a Sypder sticker made to the exact same shape and size of the badge, so muce easier to clean now and looks just the same

sounds and looks good, love the classic interior. My only concern, as you can see in the clip is the red dash top, the reflection in the screen as i realy dislike that and you can see it in various places.

Whilst it looks a bargain if it is a genuine mint car for age and mileage and as good as the rest out there why did the owner let it go for so little in the first place! OPC's use to look to make circa £5/6K mark up on the purchase price [&:]

I traded it in against a 997 GTS. Its a mint condition car.Yes its too cheap !!! I told them that yesterday. I owned it for 2 years. Great Car.

I had xpel and just went for a fitter on their main site, not many listed.

Suntek is the other good brand.

shame werkstat has died a death as on silver/white that nano coat looks mega and it's spray on wipe off yourself. G-tech is expensive and you have to get a pro to do it really.

my werkstat kit was £40

white and silver never look good with a wax imo, this is my Spyder with werkstat on , you even get a reflection which is mega.

on silver I would give this kit a go, its said to be the same just about as werkstat and only £57 for every thing you need.
