What an amazing transformation it looks stunning ...what is disturbing is the amount of swirls and imperfections on the paint work. Your friend has only had the car weeks so there is no way these are all self inflicted just look at the rear number plate which is protected .It is worrying that this is the level of PDI on a new car .The paint thickness vary but been told this is normal. Divine seem to use a very varied assortment of potions to achieve this finish Kamakazi seems to be popular thought most use Ctechniq now
Werkstatt is now Car Lack 68 long life sealant. Same stuff.

If you have what polish product would you recommend appting after?
Yes I have John.
My advice would be if you use this product not to polish after as you will remove it any polish will remove any wax or sealant.
If you feel the need to top up over Carlack 68 Long life sealant is to use a good detailer spray or a good carnauba wax .
Not a necessity but you can.
Remember to pre cleanse paint work before applying .
Again I would advice using its twin before which is Carlack 68 cleaner then Carlack 68 Long life sealant.
There are so many products on the market its a minefield.
Tracy's 981 when we bought it i put Wolf's body wrap sealant which has been on 2 years but come spring I think it will need a refresh as its left out used everyday.
Just remember polish is not a sealant .Wax is a Sealant so are all the other many Sealants on the market.

For those with LWB's the USA has this advice (reverse hands for UK)
Right. Swing your right leg into the car and lean left. When you start leaning left place your left hand on the door sill towards the back and place your weight over it. Then use your left arm to push your body into the seat. Once you do it a couple of times you don't even think about it. It also helps to put the seat all the way back to give you ample room.
Or alternatively
Putting all your weight on your wrist and pivoting off your elbow so you high jump the bottom side bolster whilst swinging your backside in an arc towards the centre of the car to miss the backrest side bolster. All whilst throwing your legs out. Sounds complicated, but it is just a knack.

you DON't polish it.
it's a 2 stage kit, the 1st stage cleans your car of crap and you can machine polish your car if it's bad, then the 2nd stage protects it and gives the shine, the 3rd product is a detail spray which tops it up after washing.
It seems carlack is sort of the same but NOT the same as people say it's not as easy to use as werkstat.
Works best on lighter colours esp silver and white, on dark colours I would use a wax.
as you can see on yellow and on white it gives a great finish, on my R though I used zymol wax.
Generally sealants are more hard wearing for cars that are left outside and used in the Winter .
Expensive waxes are better suited to garaged cars or for the summer months unless you want to wax every 3 months or so.
I always recommend for customers my winter valet
Carlack pre cleanse followed by Collinite 476s takes some beating will last all winter what ever the weather.
