Dakota v River House

John,

I'm referred, by Alan, to comments made over three years and his article in the PP, this is before my time and not what I hoped top achieve. I only joined last year!!

Maybe someone else can clarify this but I joined PCGB as part of a leisure activity, pushing water uphill is a professional one.

Through my comments & actions I was hoping, obviously in vain, that there would be some recognition of the fact that more than one meeting could take place and satisfy the needs of most of those wishing to attend one or more of them. Yes, you said it too along with others. I've said my piece and got off the fence too.

Has anyone else contacted Alan on this?

The Emperors new clothes suit him well..
What the hell are we doing in 2008 with an RO who chooses NOT to use the club forum
Give us peace on this issue, I'm going for a beer at the Sherbrooke on the first Tues in June...
Just like it used to be..
And I will buy the first round..

Oh and I have a new Porsche.... but maybe we should all have a wee cosy chat about A**n etc rather than 1. Wind Boydy up 2. Find out if Al's heart is still beating. 3. Check if Brians heart is still beating ( could be difficult ) 4. Scot's pervy life
C'MON life is too serious to be wasted with a technophobe, lets get back to enjoying club meetings.... they wern't that bad ( except when Shaun arrived... )
Oh And I have a new Porsche..[:)][:)]

Looks great Mike, i breifly remember you saying at the Christmas Arta night out that your wife was "letting" you buy a GT3!! LOL. Love the white, seems to also be the colour of choice at the moment.

Colour is Biaritz White , one of one RHD mk1 clubbies in this colour the UK. Full Olaf Manthay suspension and exhaust with big brakes, could be a little more ferocious that my old white car ! [:)]

3 weeks holiday to home ground Mauritius and this is it? Phew!
Ok, will need to arrange some kind of polling or group gathering to resolve this otherwise I'll gain enough experience to join politics next year.

And I thought I was only going to carry the RO's briefcase this year. lol
Give me some time.

Regards,

Ash

Mike, can't believe you drink with the H2O crowd?

Looks good though, might get a passenger ride round knockhill to compare some day!

ps. All this pontificating over RO status and venue's (many years ago I may add!) is one of the reasons I no longer attend PCGB meetings!!
