Ive no idea which is better, they both look great to me. I listened to all the videos i could find and think the only difference i can hear is the fabspeed type seems to have a deeper sound and the sharkwerks seems to be a sharper sound but very subjective on videos. Id be happy with the sound of either.
I saw a neighbour near my work apartment had a 2009 C4s which sounded nice. I just found out last night he has the pse and sharkwerks pipes fitted! So i have now heard that one in the flesh and it sounds good!
Main reason for going for the designtek was it was in stock in design911!
I'm getting SWMBO and mini SWMBO (daughter!) to record a video of the std system before the car goes on Thursday for PSE fitting on Friday. I'll then get some video after the PSE fit. The crosspipe will be fitted the following weekend and I'll then get the final video!

Here is a suggestion for you once you get the car back. I have the PSE installed and it's great but you have to activate it every time you start the car and the other "feature" is that the exhaust note will revert to normal mode above 30mph.Ianstewartshouse1 said:Lol wish I could say Ray, car is with OPC and PSE is fitted but wrong switch panel came! They tried to set it up temporarily through the Sport button but couldn't and need the switch panel to do that setup. car is driving and they offered me to take it and bring back to get switch panel fitted and PSE programmed when the switch arrive. I elected to leave car there and get it all sorted before taking car back. I want to get the full effect rather than a PSE fitted with closed valves. I will get it next weekend. They know how to keep an idiot in suspense lol......
Then it's xpipe fitting time!

This module allows you to switch the note of the exhaust using a key fob remote and also remembers the setting so it's "on" every time you start the car. Also the speed restriction is removed and the exhaust note stays loud at any speed.
