GTS 4.0

Thanks for your thoughts.

Looking at wheel colour options, silver for me looses the GTS look and adds another colour which is nowhere else on the car. Satin Platinum is a good option though👍

I’ve had Bose in all my Porsches until my 718 T 3 years ago that was new but dealer specified . I saw a tip on internet to turn base right down on the basic system and that made a lot of difference and the system quite acceptable IMO

Are people starting to back out of orders due to the challenging financial situation we currently face?

Just had a brand new BGTS 4.0 come up on my OPC alerts. Zero miles. Artic Grey, nice spec but not sure on the colour. Is Arctic Grey a flat or metallic colour?

Are brand new Porsche buyers seeing a challenging financial situation ! I doubt it. Try and Order a Boxster ! they won't let you even have abase model car these days and two year waits of most cars which by thenm will not be in production. There is no money shortage bar Single mums on benifits I would say and they don't buy Porkers, Plus look at only fans, there are new millionaires made daily. Always some one with money. Paying £200 more on your GAS bill is not really an issue ! Petrol is also dropping.

I`m not after one, not a `rag top` fan ... :p

I only posted it up as I was `in there` for something else and thought that it may have been available to you ...

👍Did you see the car?

Really want Alcantara but thought this interior combo looked lovely.

Nope ... by `in there` I meant the Porsche Approved website hence the link, I would have thought that if sold it should have been removed

I also prefer Alcantara but my colour taste is the complete opposite for interiors ...

The Preston car stayed on the OPC available cars for 3 days after it was sold, so they take a while to update.

The Arctic Grey one has come back on the market.

I was so close to doing the deal today having viewed some videos of it, but finally decided I couldn't live with the crayon leather interior. If it had been Alcantara with crayon stitching I would now be the proud owner of a brand new BGTS 4.0...plus my 981S☹

What car !
Yes sitting back tonight with a G&T I have made the right decision, a GTS is as much about the GTS interior as the rest of the package, although SWMBO really liked the trim.

Just going to be a long wait till 2024 with the worry that I may not get to the end of the queue😢

Just a update, after waiting 21 months I have a allocation for my BGTS spec locked mid Feb, with delivery hopefully end of April. just praying it all goes ok with no more shortages my final spec is PPI4N964

Wow - 21 months ! Excellent news and super happy for you.

I spoke to my dealer yesterday and they are estimating end of the year for me with deposit placed last November.

I‘m in no rush but when I get the call to go spec the car I am going to be super excited !
