Thank you Geoff

got then FREE of the guy, I suspect it was a roux. His add was I'm looking to complete a portfolio and need of 997's. I arrange to meet up, spent 4 hours on the shoot. short time in he produces a very nice hard backed book well illustrated about a Honda Civic. have a look while I'm taking some shots. a few more shots. I can do one on your car if you'd like. whats the costs. for one like that £450. I'll look at the photos and let you know.

didn't bother with the book

After all the build up to it, I took delivery of my new pride and joy yesterday. Huge thanks to Tim at Leicester Porsche for some great customer service, let's hope it continues into after sales!

I love the car to bits, OPC did a fantastic prep job, the paintwork is flawless (aside from the stone chip I collected on the way home, grrrrrrr) and it is a belter!

Only downside is, it took me 5 ring-puckering minutes to get it into my garage. Tight is not the word.

Hope to see you all at WEC Silverstone

Had the car just over a year now, first post, been a member a couple of months now. Looking forward to Llandudno.

Changing creaking o/sf strut top today, if the weather holds.

Hello.

New member signing in for for duty. 2011 Speed yellow 997 Turbo S which I have owned for 2 years. Had a new Manual 997 c2S in Seal Grey (7 years) and 996 in Zenith Blue (4 years) before.

Car spec is a Turbo S with Black interior, silver centre lock wheels, Ceramics, Carbon interior and all the usual wizardry to keep it on the black stuff etc. I wanted a turbo in yellow and was beyond lucky for an S to come on the market at the right time.....

I had a postor of one on my wall as a kid and it obviously struck the right nerve. Will post a picture when I get to grips with the forum.
