ORIGINAL: Porka944s Hiya all, im going to head up from Aylesbury
Hi Mark, Right on my doorstep then [:D] Welcome! I'm really looking forward to Sunday (as long as it's reasonably dry), should be a good turn out

Really? are you an Aylesburyite too, ive only seen 2 944s around here, there is a nice white one i see commuting when im in my C1, and a red one the same as mine but with black teledials. What time you setting off? AA said 1hr 50 i cant believe that though its only 75 miles, suppose it is a bit cross country though. Im gonna get it all cleaned up now, and im gonna bring my camera to see if i can get some nice shots.

Probably both Peters :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
[:)] Lol! There's also a black 944 with toast rack that I see regularly in Aylesbury (and a red 968 which I have a feeling might be the replacement for Fen's old 964 that came a cropper). I live about 6 miles away and work in Aylesbury (I run a shop, you're always welcome to pop in for a coffee, PM me if you like). I've not had a proper look at the route, but I'm always getting lost so will be following my satnav all the way. I'll try not to spend too much time on the motorway if I can help it as they're very tedious and do nothing for what remains of my sanity [:D]

Most people wouldn't recognise Peters white one as a Porsche let alone a 944! How far are you from the A43 - that maybe the best route - to the A1 near stamford, up a couple of miles, left on the the Oakham road Mike

Peter what shop do you run then? I seen a white one like the one in your pic at RPM when i was there, but i think that was one that had been turbo'd. This should be intresting i agree

ORIGINAL: appletonn Looking forward to seeing all of the pics from this and not feeling left out at all, much....[8|][:D]
You know you'd be very welcome, it's in your part of the country as well!

Peters white one is supercharged and one of a kind! I know Im lucky enough to have been taken round silverstone in it! I think Nick is as far away as any likely attendees.

My cars are quite often at RPM so it was probably mine (they've got the 944S at the moment, fixing the fuel leak). I run [link=http://www.noteworthyaudio.co.uk/]Noteworthyaudio[/link] and am almost always here so you're very welcome to pop in for a chat if you're passing.

ORIGINAL: Suffolk944 Am sure we could find a special parking space for a Beetle somewhere ! [;)]
With a special tray to catch any oil leaks?![:D][:D] No, mine is still totally dry, after almost 2000 miles since the rebuild!!

Our 964 is 100% dry aswell,its done about 60 miles since the rebuild/reseal[:D] Can you come,its a nice drive,lovely view i will take you for a spin in the blue car??

Blimey Peter I had no idea you did that . I used to be into audio when much younger ( not now though) and have owned a few pairs of speakers you will remember . Kef Cara's , some Celef and some Monitor Audio R352. Your shop display looks stunning and a very pleasent way to earn a living I'm sure. As for the weather , hailstorm here today and now zero degrees, I'm damn well going to the meet though unless something seriously dire happens [:D] Regards Mas
