Hello Mark

Good to see you here, I would guess that life with your 924 has been sweet [:)]
I've had my '83 2.0 for getting on 9 years now!

A 924 just gets into your blood after a few years.

Hi All.

I bought my 1989 924 S about 10 months ago and can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. Never ceases to make me smile and I use her every single day. I am hooked and alas have my girlfriend wondering who this other gal is.

Love going out for early morning drives and getting out there.

Hoping to join the PCGB club and see what it has to offer.

All the very best.

Jim

This pic was taken up in the breacon beacons. Great spot.

Here's mine

1980 Series 1. Just had its 30th birthday. To celebrate I gave it a new GAZ Gold coilover set up, brake refresh and a dyno session. Since then Cobra Suzuka seats and Schroth harnesses along with some weight saving with the removal of rear wiper, under carpet insulation and rear seat.

Hello Helen & Larry

That's a really nice looking 924S there (and by the looks of it a very late example?)

Will send you a Register form if you send me an email and we will get you and your car on the 924 Register.
BTW how did you come across this fine vehicle?

Is the body kit a factory fit or aftermarket?Ours hasn't got the door decals nor did it have them when we bought it in 1991 so are they normally standard or an extra?.Looks very nice anyway.

The very last 924S models did actually come with this front (plus rear valence and side skirts) from the factory, the front one looks standard as do the side skirts.

Makes it quite scarce if it is all original.

Any chance of a shot of the rear of the car please? [:)]

It looks like it belongs on the car, so perhaps it was a special factory option for 1987-1988 but was only standard for the last few months of production.

Your car looks very sharp.

I like it [:)]
