this ones taken 3 years.......Are you sure you can be without it for that long:ROFLMAO:

Engine looks amazing Ken. Should you decide to drive it when finished what on earth value will you put on it? The club valuation could make interesting reading. [8|]

Just amazing Ken. That needs to go to the Porsche museum. I couldn't bring myself to fill that with fluids and take it on the road! FAAAAAR to nice!!

Stuart

Exciting times new bits arriving all the time, this is a standard build so I thought I better get a new one of these

if you look around amazing what you can get[:)] this was less than the [:)]cost of some used ones on Ebay

Where did you find the new AFM ? Mine is getting a bit tired and that's one of the reasons I've thought about buying a MAF/MAP setup.

got it from eBay.de bargain really only £250[:)]

Looks amazing Ken. Just a wee note though. You'd be better to remove the radiator with the fans etc if you are planning on putting the engine back in from the top. It's also easier with the rad out when you put the engine in from the bottom as well. I'd hate to see you dunt the fans etc with the engine on the way in.

I know that this is a regular thing with 911s currently (I did this to my 964) but Id say you've the most up to date and most intricate rebuild of a 944 I've seen. Hat's off to you fella.

Keep the pics and updates coming.

Ian

Started to fit the front bumper but lots of repair work to do first [] I quite enjoy fixing bits that can not be fixed so started with the broken bumper tab

with a bit of moulding I ended up with

DSC03983_zps1rkoz7ls.jpg

needs to harden overnight then I'll trim and tidy[:)]

The indicators were looking a bit sorry with the silvering coming off and lots of corrosion[:(]

half way there[:)]
