Track Days

No problem [:)]. That's the circuit that I've driven previously, and it's quite a lap! Takes a while to learn, but a good mix of slow and fast corners, as well as a pretty long straight with a rather nasty kink half way along [;)]. Should be good... Phil
 
Very tempted, if I'm not away. My car's pretty quiet but does tend to pop and bang between gear changes when flat out. Is that likely to cause a black flag? I can stop it happening but it's much smoother to drive without fuel cut on overrun.

bring your black one mark? James - I think you'd be pretty unlucky to trip a noise meter if it's just on gearshifts. I wouldn't think the on track noise meters would be at the corner entry where I guess it's most likely? might be worth ranging them up for a chat (don't tell them you can fix it though as I suppose that would be their stock answer [:D]

I don't think it's a problem. it isnt like an airfield trackday, it's a proper racetrack tarmac surface. there are also no gravel traps as far as I can remember. bring the black car - I might have a chance of keeping up [:D]

It's not just a 944 day - I'm sure Javelin will take bookings from anyone [:D] oh and one other thing - it's a good idea to book early as the price will go up once they have taken a few bookings. I think we have critical mass now
