Anyone waiting for a GTS Allocation ?

Yep OPC confirmed, looks like mines going to be May/June now.
On the plus side if you are trading up, values on used are not going down any time soon with delivery times as they are.
Personally I don't mind the delays as long as it doesn't impaction me financially.
Will be able to enjoy the car more come summer anyway.

Hi - just joined club yesterday. Had Porsche Boxter 3.2S and a 996C2 in past, but family life got in the way (and a couple of motorbikes!!). Returned to porsche life a couple of years ago with a Cayenne Hybrid daily driver. Put order in for my C4GTS in Oct '21. Allocation turned into a Feb '22 build with a March '22 delivery. Can't wait. Trying to get OPC to vbe more specific about dates, but he's being a bit coy.

Hi, I spotted that someone earlier in this thread had posted an image. So I checked My Porsche and saw the progress of the build, eventually the picture appeared.

You should really start a new thread since this is a completely new subject.
However, take a look at this link to see if it provides any clues to your problem. https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=1087105

Clive, big thanks to you for sharing this information. Following your detective work I now have a universal receiver installed and the Homelink is opening and closing my garage door. The menu's in the latest PCM are slightly different but close enough to understand following your instructions.

Kind regards,

Major

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the satellite map showing in the display to the right hand side of the rev counter ? Turning on satellite maps in the PCM brings it up on the main central screen but not on the small screen beside the rev counter, this just continues to show the standard map.

I seem to recall that the C2S I had for a few days last year was able to display satellite maps on both screens but I've possibly got that wrong.

Kind regards,

Major

Yea just select the map function and then press enter in the steering wheel button, then turn on the appropriate options (think satellite).

the only thing I couldn’t get it to show that the central console shows is the speed limit sign for some reason

Hi
Oct’21 order and Feb’22 build slot wow that’s good going!
Which OPC are you with?
I ordered in Aug’21 and haven’t heard anything yet??

That would make me pretty upset too. My Centre does not take deposits from their expressions of interest list until they have a specific build slot to allocate to a customer.

Good luck.

Who is the OPC you are dealing with? Certain centers get more allocations that others, hence why some people who have placed orders after you are getting theirs in first. The Sytner owned ones I am told usually get a high number of allocations…
