Anyone waiting for a GTS Allocation ?

Just got the email I’ve been waiting for. got an allocation for September delivery. Obviously that will slip with the current situation In Ukraine. Fully expected to not get the car until 2023 anyway.

My build slot was due to complete on 4 March, but hasn’t left pre-production stage as if today.
the Porsche App shows the same, but wondered if it was just out of date, but dealer confirmed it.
now is not due to complete until 14 march. My guess is more slip is coming on mine.

I had the same issue with the myporsche app. No updates for a while, even a week after it has suppossedly entered production. I queried it with OPC, and eventually we found out I'd slipped 11 days. Glad to say, that it's been built and is sitting at the germany dock, waiting for a boat!

Awesome news for you ;-) congratz.

my build complete date was 4 March, then slipped to 14 March having asked the OPC For an update.

it is now 12 March and still in Phase 3 (pre production). OPC was confident it would get built on this timeline, i am not so sure!

Jeff, Looks like the factory is busy making GTS spec'd cars at moment. looks great, what spec did you go for?

Just had my stage 1 notification via the my Porsche app.
For you guys who are close to delivery how long did it take from stage 1-4/5?

iaing20 - after much deliberation I settled for Lava, PDK, GTS interior pack, glass roof, rear axle steer, Matrix lights, 18 way seats, black high-gloss exterior pack & calipers and a few other goodies. I'm looking forward to finally taking delivery after a very long time as the car was ordered last July for a November delivery which was then subsequently put back to January and here we are in mid-March and it's currently still in transit to the OPC.

Bluetonic - these are dates from myporsche app.

stage 1+2 - 23rd November
Stage 3 - 7th Jan
Stage 4 - 8th Mar
Got told today- 15th march- by OPC - that it's arrived at Sheerness port :D. App is still saying it's at stage 4 and waiting for logistics stage, so the app seems to lag by quite a bit.

Hope dates help you figure out what's going on.

Jeff - thats looks like a great spec, bet you can't wait. Weather is looking a bit better as well. Enjoy spring/summer with new car!

Does anyone know what the factory stage "Compound transit” means?

Last event code was V300 which should mean vehicle completed, or CP8.0.

I got to this stage today, having my build allocation around September (I just got an allocation before the price increase).
No real delays on this until recently, due to parts availability, which slipped it 2 weeks.

Hope this helps too.

Interesting information, I'm at Stage 2 which is the PEC Silverstone, I've been at this stage for the last month and no movement. Funny thing is, I've already done the PEC at Silverstone back in November last year, so it seems like the system is playing catch up. My car is a June build with delivery planned for end of July. When would you expect it to move to Stage 3? Thanks.

Maybe late April or in May I think. Can’t remember when mine changed to Phase 3 exactly.
My app *still* shows Phase 3 (pre production) and Phase 2 (PEC) is only a "marketing phase". As I won’t have done my PEC until May; but get the car in April (hopefully).

Thanks Jackdog.

Thanks for the information all. Really helpful.
Spoke to my OPC today too and they confirmed I've a May build slot so looking at about July delivery.
Just in time for summer.

Really happy for you, try and enjoy the anticipation of the wait for a great car!
especially as more and more parts are being made from unobtainium, you will gain an asset as well :)

By way of an update, my C4 GTS is now at Emden port For shipping to the UK. Yay!
MyPorsche App helpfully shows Phase 3 still…
I just got the Porsche "behind the scenes” survey, yet i have no pictures of the build.

Exciting times Jack, bet you can't wait to get your hands on the car!

Not a GTS, but ordered a 992 Turbo on 19 June 2021 and not yet had an allocation. OPC hopes that I will get the Coupe by September 2022, but no promises as yet. Getting a bit miffed about the uncertainty, but no other option.
