I forgot to say, the stripe extensions front & rear need to go. I wonder how in touch some of the salesmen are. You'd surely advise a client that it'd sell quicker with any 'personalisation' removed[&:]

ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Your only problem is that you are too slow on track, as demonstrated at Anglesey and Oulton Park... ... But too bloody fast on the twisties, as demonstrated at the Evo Triangle (you git) when you left me behind :)
[:D] The car was sublime on EVO - the brakes, the grip, the traction, the gear ratios, the acceleration under high revs. Its perfect on those roads[8D]

And this MrD ... is prob an example of why you have so many forum haters across multiple forums. I do wonder if your issues with Ford were down to your attitude rather than anything else. Laws of attraction Mr D. Just sayin' (p.s. I'm Asian ... And I hate red leather and not a fan of auto gears on sports cars)
My other half is Asian, so what's you're point ? It seems people are quick to jump on you if you dare say the the word Asain, Black or any thing else, don't make it a issue which you clearly have needing to point out you are Asian and want to play the race card. My comment is based on the cars I see go out of Leicester and what you see about. As for Ford, I don't have an issue with them, they are taking that dealer ship comment very serous , no matter what I said to them, you don't represent your company in public by posting what they posted, and for that they are in mighty trouble with Ford UK ATM of which I cannot speak about. The sales person was white, just incase you had other thoughts :) As for forum haters lol, well you cannot please 100% of every one on the Internet can you.

MrD I don't think the race card is being played, I thought it was an honest and fair response to what was a very sweeping statement. If I'm honest I was a bit shocked to see it posted. I assumed it was a bit more grown up on here and we were all about the cars.

While I repspect and value your comments for all things Spyder, my point is, a little sensitivity towards your words regarding anything can go a long way (I know I'm not the first to say this). I'm actually not that precious about comments regarding race - my friends and I always joke around. But on a public forum, I don't think I'm wrong in stating the above. Flat6 - appreciate your acknowledgement of my comment. Anyway, my point is made & I don't wish to make this a debate, merely to highlight my opinion. Daro911 - 991 is an engineering masterpiece, but Spyder shows that emotional connection has a little less to do with power/money. I'm bonding so well with this car. Thx again for all your advice. Wheels sorted too foc! Stuartelec - cool. Don't start til 19th Aug so lets catch up soon.

All sing along with Rob in Scotland! After Three, One, Two, Three By yon bonnie banks, And by yon bonnie braes, Where the sun shines bright on Loch Lomond, Where me and my true love Were ever want to gae, On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Oh! ye'll take the high road and I'll take the low road, And Rob take the centre road, [;)] And I'll be in Scotland afore ye; But me and my true love Will never meet again On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

You could have cleaned all the insects off my Spyder too! If I had known I'd have PM'd you - whilst a night away was always on the cards, we waited until Saturday lunchtime to check the weather forecast and grab a deal. Just happened to end up here. Would had time for a swift half whilst MrsK got ready for dinner too! Always next time. Thanks Brian.

I have just spent 120 minutes in the cool shade of my garage detailing the Spyder for what may be a non appearance at Silverstone Classic next weekend because the current (hopefully inaccurate) forecast looks like a typical British summer weekend a cool wet washout [&o][link=http://www.theweatheroutlook.com/twoforecasts/7-day-weather-forecast.aspx]http://www.theweatheroutlook.com/twoforecasts/7-day-weather-forecast.aspx[/link] Not a happy Spyderman if it proves right [link=http://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=unhappy+spiderman&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&docid=Q-t_8JdpNFOeIM&tbnid=y0fdAz4PdBxdVM:&ved=0CAUQjRw&url=http%3A%2F%2Flittlemissobsessivesanatomy.wordpress.com%2F2012%2F09%2F14%2Fjust-another-day-of-being-a-super-hero%2F&ei=1fjrUfSxComm0wWQsYGQDg&bvm=bv.49478099,d.d2k&psig=AFQjCNHnNuDnKHDGPYtNYyDDpmxGI5xo2w&ust=1374505338651797]

Good grief Brian - what do they feed the insects in Scotland? We did 415 miles over 2 days. Moving average 56mph. 28.5 mpg. Lovely run from Ayr almost to Castle Douglas on the A713 this afternoon but then M6 temporarily closed due to roaming animals!! I would have happily turned up to a concours yesterday morning. Now look at it!
