I see where you mean now Daro and what's causing it. I don't have any such contact there. I think something must be out of line on yours. Maybe some kind of washer is needed so that the stay arm doesn't go so deeply though the mounting point on the rear deck, so that it doesn't go through far enough to catch on the body...ORIGINAL: daro911 Have any of you got the similar fault inside the rear boot where the manual lid stay seems to rub away a spot of paint and no matter how many times I touch it back in the area damage reappears[&o] damage seems to be done by the rear fixing point on the stay arm![]()

I've never used photoshop in my life, but out there on t'Internet, there's nearly always someone who's done before what you're thinking of, even with cars are rare as ours[ORIGINAL: Siy actually black bolts do look good! ok - here's one for the photoshoppers.... I have unfortunately left way beyond the warranty period now to make a claim unless goodwill was bought out of the bag. I have touched it up again since taking this picture and will see if after a few miles it's been rubbed off yet again[&o]ORIGINAL: flat6I see where you mean now Daro and what's causing it. Even if they don't fix it under goodwill, the fix may be cheap and worth it to stop scraping the body.ORIGINAL: daro911I have unfortunately left way beyond the warranty period now to make a claim unless goodwill was bought out of the bag. There is no such thing as cheap at an OPCORIGINAL: flat6 Even if they don't fix it under goodwill, the fix may be cheap and worth it to stop scraping the body.
When I bought mine they retro-fitted it for nothing, as I led them to believe it was a deal breaker (it wasn't!). I think they were harder for the dealers to sell when I got my Spyder though.ORIGINAL: MrDemon It seems no PSE is a bigger issue these days every one wants that atm

Just checked mine. I thought there was no mark at all but there is a tiny spot the size of a pin head, no more. I wouldn't be happy with yours Rob, I reckon OPC would fix that - corrosion warranty and all that?ORIGINAL: flat6Even if they don't fix it under goodwill, the fix may be cheap and worth it to stop scraping the body.ORIGINAL: daro911I have unfortunately left way beyond the warranty period now to make a claim unless goodwill was bought out of the bag.
