Which one will go first? Think I would have to say its this one!ORIGINAL: flat6One owner car. Possibly another one up for sale after the owner has finished paying off the finance and looking to change up. Maybe another year before all such cars have been passed on at least once. My highly accurate prediction is 2014 before Spyders drop below 5 for sale nationwide[8|][ORIGINAL: daro911 Fresh stock and seems priced to sell for a 2011 low mileage example[] http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/porsche/boxster-987-05-12/porsche-boxster-987-gen-ii-spyder------------------2011/1698614

Even Rolls Royces break down, mine has worked flawlessly for years. I am sure CTEK ones have broken to, the fact that this person has not followed warranty terms is their fault surely??ORIGINAL: Big EWell after reading this http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=10&t=1330249&nmt= I've just ordered a CTEK conditioner!ORIGINAL: MrDemon I like the cheap ctek units and you can keep them hard wired in all the time, no messing about with clips and battery covers etc.
I get asked about the hooks and also to lift the rear so they can see the engine lol some even ask if the rear even opens. People who don't know Porsche are funny to chat too, and my cars get called anything from a GT3 to a Cayenne. No one has a clue what a Spyder is or a Cayman R lol.

When I bought the Spyder home our 7 year old said "I know where the boot is, it's in the front". Credit for knowing that but he then asked me to lift the back to see the engine, when I opened it he's said "there's no engine, is it electric?".ORIGINAL: MrDemon I get asked about the hooks and also to lift the rear so they can see the engine lol some even ask if the rear even opens. Crikey! And that is their opening gambit. How low will they go... After watching these cars' values since I bought mine in Feb 2011, I still don't know what I should expect to get for mine...
], i've already said i'd prefer buckets once I don't need to cater for a child seat[8D]) As for Spyder wheels, as they are an easy fix, yes I think they will affect the price because the buyer, if really wanting Spyder wheels, has to factor in splashing out on them to replace whatever is on the car. Whereas, he/she isn't going buya car without PSE or PCM or leather with a view to try to retrofit them. Will this red car sell? Yes, because it's rare being red and as an OPC car, someone may have been waiting a while for one to turn up. However, if this chunk of missing side stripe is an indication of its general condition, then perhaps it won't. So we need someone going around inspecting all the cars for sale to input the car's condition into our 'market watch' research
As for this red one, I don't think the sports seats or lack of PCM or PSE will take away from the price. Someone will buy a car with the seats they must have, and if they must have PSE and PCM, they will walk away as the cost of retrofitting them is prohibitive compared to keeping looking for a car that has what they need. Someone who isn't bothered about PSE or PCM (or leather interior) will not value a car based on them (but fair enough, may try to haggle on them not being there). The number of cars we've seen with sports seats have probably outnumbered the cars with buckets since this thread began. I don't think that is because all the sport seats cars are unwanted and all the bucket seats cars are being cherished in one-owner private collections, having never changed hands. Otherwise there'd be many more Spyders with sport seats for sale right now if they weren't finding homes. There have been loads of Spyders with sports seats sell very quickly. There have been more Spyders coming to sale with sports seats but is that really because all those buyers who opted in sports seats when buying new or buying a demo or pre-registered car, are selling them on only because they have sports seats[&:] There were clearly a lot of buyers of cars with sports seats whether they bought them already spec'd by a dealer or not. (And before anyone thinks i'm talking up my own[ORIGINAL: daro911Easy Spyderman ... It's been priced to sell because of those missing things [ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Looks perfect.
