You only live once push the barriers interest rates are low so go for a matching pair .... 20 years from now they will fetch a small fortune at the Silverstone Classic Car Auction [ORIGINAL: MrDemonThis is the reason I am keeping itORIGINAL: daro911Would be interesting exercise to see if your unique specification could attract the same retail price that the unique Aqua Blue PDK car fetched back in the summer which was a good £2k more than the car was sold for by 911V at the beginning of the year One thing to seriously consider is once sold you could never come back to the party in such a unique example something that the guy who use to run a Spyder forum in USA found to his cost having sold his PTS Riviera car and then returning sometime later with a more common Silver exampleORIGINAL: MrDemon tempting to put it up at a high price to see if any one wants it.with the R I could sell it no problem and just buy another, with my Spyder that would be just not possible. I only thought about it as my perfect spec R came up for sale , a White R with PCCB, Buckets and xenons ,etc etc but it's £49k was tempted to sell both and just buy this one.

I just checked the currency conversion rates. $75000 is at this moment in time £46528.95. Plus £5k for full PDK experience no doubt! Spyder values will now double overnight! [

bluey green if you could post some pictures on here our in house Spyder Membership registrar will add you to his fantastic expanding list of members /carsORIGINAL: bluey green Just went for an amazing blitz around the Derbyshire countryside near Sheffield with the roof off and blow me down, a black Spyder passed me in the other direction! Thought they were supposed to be rare. Seriously though, what a machine these things are. Totally awesome drive! Also, really emphasised that PSE is a must.
Me too but sadly we have both missed the boat it sailed 2 years ago nowORIGINAL: StuartelecI agree, nothing beter out there unless you start paying silly money. On another note, that is my favourite colour combo on the Spyder. Would love a Blue one with the red leather.ORIGINAL: daro911ORIGINAL: daro911I think we can all agree (no matter what spec Spyder you have[ORIGINAL: StuartelecThe Turbo was nice and i enjoyed the whole experience, but for me the Spyder is a whole new level when it comes to just going out for a drive and just having fun, it ticks all of my boxes and as soon as i saw it in the show room i wanted to try it.ORIGINAL: flat6 Was about to ask the same thing[] From turbo to Spyder, i'd be very interested to hear your thoughts

Great leak/find I was told about this coming down the line but is it a limited run before we get the 2015 facelift or is it a permanent additional model I was also told this GTS is about as close to a Spyder 981 we will see as if there was ever to be another Spyder it would come at the end of the 981 life cycle [&o] I bet a GTS with sports chassis and the full leather racing buckets would give our Spyders a very good run for it's money[8D]ORIGINAL: MrDemon leaked slide at Porsche meeting Boxster and Cayman GTS with 15 BHP more. phew no SpyderI am hoping they will NEVER do a boxster spyder.

Many thanks to Brian and Flat6 for putting these pictures up taken at R1/R2 concours Balir Atholl Castle and for all the compliments regarding my Spyder. I must admit it looks great in the sunlight when polished up however very difficult to keep like this. Solid black must be the hardest colour to keep looking good, every tiny scratch shows up and although I have had swirl marks removed it is only a matter of time and they will return. My choice colour would have been one that was posted up earlier but I would imagine would be impossible to get!!! Kenny SpyderORIGINAL: kitchens Thanks to Flat 6 our photo editor .[] This was our annual Scottish regional concourse held at Blair Atholl Castle in Perthshire off the A9 about 35 miles from Perth . We had a glorious day for it the sun shined as you can see . It was nice to see two Spyders in attendance .as you can see our cars looked great and where well admired by the tourists who flocked to the castle as well as the members . We had approx 40 cars in attendance you can see Kenny and I in the picture . Kenny won 1st place in the Boxster Cayman section and you can see him with his spoils His car is stunning and the paintwork is like glass it had been detailed just after he bought it by www.tlcdetailing.co.uk and you can see the results in the photo with my cars reflection on the door . So that is the car shows over for another year don't know what i will do at the weekends now ........ [
