This one: www.lmc2014-porscheclub.frORIGINAL: rob.kellock I have discovered that if I book Classic Le Mans through Porsche Club France I can go and do a lap on the Saturday morning - for 150 Euros. On the one hand that looks very dear, on the other it's a small price to pay for a lifelong memory!
Very nice [] Reminds me of my own, with the 'launch spec' black wheels [8D]ORIGINAL: spyderwhite finally found a way of showing a pic. of my spyder day of pickupand another from the dealers pictures before purchase
They are still in the parts catalogue circa £1090 for the fronts and £1800 for each rear. [&:]ORIGINAL: flat6 Not wishing to scare monger but if you go to the 987 section of the Tequipment catalogue and look at the wheels available for any model for current purchase, you have a lot of choices but the Boxster Spyder wheel ain't one of them. If this is correct, the availability of the new wheel my be on its way out. So, those who own a set, look after them[]

Hi Rob, I've booked for the Classic as well, first time there. We are staying at the PH site at Blue Nord, be good to have Spyder twins down there! I'm debating buying a parade lap ticket because I've seen a few videos of bumps and scrapes on these laps, they're really just a free for all and that puts me off a bit. Anyone got any first hand experience of this? We've got a pretty good convoy heading down, Spyder, Countach, F430, Bentley Speed GT, E-Type and a couple of 911's. I think the Countach may take a bit of attention off the Spyder...... IanORIGINAL: rob.kellock It's on my bucket list, one day I will definitely go. This year my certificate of leave, signed in triplicate by the Mrs, has only been granted for the Le Mans Classic and PCGB day at Anglesey. I have discovered that if I book Classic Le Mans through Porsche Club France I can go and do a lap on the Saturday morning - for 150 Euros. On the one hand that looks very dear, on the other it's a small price to pay for a lifelong memory!
