Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

On a seperate note, is anyone else on here going across to the Geneva motor show? I've got my flights booked (just under 4 weeks to go!), and I'm hoping that there'll be a Spyder on the Porsche stand to peruse (although 918 flavour, and a bit of a different league in terms of pricing!)

New page, new picture. Any guesses as to where taken?

ORIGINAL: MrDemon You don't even get a air filter on the minor, so you have to wait 4 years for a air filter !!!
Not so I'm afraid Mr D. According to the 911, Cayman, Boxster Guarantee and Maintenance booklet covering my Gen2 Cayman, replacing the air filter element comes under "Additional Maintenance every 90,000 km (60,000 mls), but no later than every 6 years". Jeff

Sorry Steve but I'm not going to win the guess the location game. Looks like good Spyder territory though! John, can't wait for the morning. Am going to get up and clean the Spyder before going to a pub lunch with the family. Just been out to plug in the Porsche Charge-O-Mat to make sure there's plenty of charge left it's so long since it turned a wheel.

[8D]for sure before the weather gods bring on the next round of horrors. Must surely be the turn of the gritters any day now[]

SNAP! If it wasn't for family birthdays (multiple) I'd be sending you a text to see if you could manage a dawn raid somewhere!

Answer is: Blakey Ridge, north out of Hutton le Hole in North Yorkshire - it's a regular Top Gear / Autocar route. I'm aiming to get a quick blat out tomorrow am, before family duties kick in. Enjoy it if you do the same.

Nice. Not a million miles from Malton - I've done the breakfast run there a few times via Thirsk. Andy, make sure the roads are dry first now you've just had yours detailed!

Backed mine out of the garage to wash it before the family lunch kicks in. Accidentally carried on out of the drive and found some choice deserted fast roads. I need me a roof turret though for those pesky Micras...

At least you can work all those family lunch calories off later with a good wash and "polish" so both you and the Spyder are back in shape again [:)]
