Are you having a Spa at the Quay Hotel prior to the Anglesey trackday? Or did you manage to persuade your better half that more modest accommodation would suffice? []

Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

it wil be the Quay Hotel but the Spa race circuit, a track I have longed to drive for a few years after biking round it when I was younger at a GP the Ring is open the day after also, do I do a few ring laps while I am out there ?Quay Hotel
I'd love to do Spa. The Nurburgring I can take or leave - seen too many crash videos and there were insurance issues at one stage too that may or may not now be resolved. Too many nutters there potentially. I suppose the trick is to go on the right type of day with someone who knows the score.
Ted hope your friend will joining the party on here and 4 Spyders in one shot will still be coolORIGINAL: ted walker Will arive at Prescott about 8.45.Group photo good idea. I am bringing a friend who has just bought one. Its a shame its not the following Sunday as it would have been 5 !!!!!

Not quite as special as Spa/Ring but taking the car to a show at Gawsworth Hall Monday, usualy a good turn out there. As for the Sun Cap, I am glad of it and think it is super. My previous cars were a Caterham then an Atom so that cap is pure luxury
Took the R for its very first MOT and flew through [] Got a chance to see the underside up on the ramp. So so clean underneath. Not seen too much rain by the looks.
Have had the Spyder for almost a year now ,showing 6200 done 4200 last year ..the hood is great in that i have been out in a good few heavy /monsoon weather and not one drop has entered the cabin area. It was out overnight last weekend in torrential rain again bone dry inside . I do find the wind noise a bit obtrusive at higher speeds as coming from a 987/and 986 it is a lot noisier . In decent weather the scarf off is quite nice and looks cool also. Not had too many sunny days up here for the full top off experience ,remember up here it tends to be a bit cooler than down south [] gets a bit chilly when wearing the kilt [][][]ORIGINAL: Rocket Man Not quite as special as Spa/Ring but taking the car to a show at Gawsworth Hall Monday, usualy a good turn out there.
