Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

One of the 2 Spyders at 911V has found a new owner[;)] http://www.911virgin.com/porscheforsale/840/BoxsterSpyderPDK/

ORIGINAL: philnotts99 I wonder if they got full price for it?!
Why not it was only 8K miles & £41995 [:D] These low mileage Spyders are heading towards £50k [8D]once summer arrives next month

I think you can assume they did as I can't see much to base a justification for a lower price on........oh, except it has the wrong gearbox and a number of unecessary luxuries! [:D][:D] Lights blue touch paper and stands back.

The 'Sun Cap' is good for 140mph at the end of Kemmel straight, no issues other then sounded 'flappy' here's a video of me following my friend's Cayman Rrrrrr [link=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uI3U64h51A]Boxster Spyder & Cayman R @ Spa[/link]

Excellent footage there [;)]

ORIGINAL: tyinsky Saw those pics on another forum. Is no one else thinking it is someone's personal car that has had a 'tuner' making modifications to it? Looks too polished to be a mule. Just can't see them breaking their daft rule of holding the perceived lower model below the ones above in terms of performance.

You will need to post your revised must-have list as Air Con used to be on there, which the black beauty didn't have[;)]

dont worry cecil the one i have my eyes on has it and yes it is still a must have as far as Linda is concerned. BTW loving your new motor [;)]

only PDK cars coming to market all the time :) and black cars !!!! I put my letter of intent in today for the Cayman R/GT/RS or what ever it is (still not 1st in the list at my OPC ) but at least I am 2nd so assured one sooner than later if it happens in a spec I am happy with or it's a ltd number car. there are people behind me already so it's caused a lot of interest this picture. which means my spyder would be up for sale, but that might be 18 months away.

My White one may be coming soon.... [:(] I am just not using it nearly enough as I would hope - as the kids are getting older, I am pretty much always going out with them both...and hence having to take my daily drive. Will be gutted as when I do get to go out and play - the smile it gives me is brilliant! Think am gonna have to go back to 911's again - so I can at least use it more often with them... Havent been on here so much in last couple months... but glad to see there are not too many around... Watch this space... (and yes it's a pdk!)... but at least it has buckets, sports chrono plus, spyder wheels air con and all the other beautiful heavy bits !

Mine was fine on the m40 at that. Noisy, but it stayed on.
