Are Spyders Becoming Extinct At OPCs!

Dont get me wrong - every drive in the 430 (Spyder) was pure theatre... and it was pretty bullet proof too - but you still need to throw serious servicing money at it each year with the usual things that wear. The drive of the Porsche Spyder really is very close to being as good... misses some of the 430 punch... but then you save a lot of money too... As long as we enjoy these things ...all is good!

I think it goes under the big bit you have put in. Think it is a spacer under the rear edge in that slot

If i remember right it goes the other way up with the flat side that is shown in the picture against the wall of the boot space in the slot off center, perhaps

May not be the record but I recorded 12 cars at OPC's when I started monitoring back in July 2012 which had fallen to 5 when I started this forum September 2012[;)]

I haven't, but it's been up for a while. It looks like a cracker to me, I like it in red but as I get older I'm less into black wheels (still wouldn't take much to put them to silver). The other half is looking for a new car.... I think two Spyders may be a bit indulgent though. Slightly off topic, but any spydermen out there with a BMW i3? Thinking of getting one for her indoors

Must admit I'm loving my 430 Spider now, gets better every time I drive it, looks like the weather may be good up here over next few days so more cleaning then driving I think. My Spyder cost me virtually nothing to run over 10 month period, I expect F430 Spider to have higher running costs but if you choose carefully and buy with 2 year Ferrari warranty costs can be controlled, I hope!!! The new Cambridge car has a good chance of going this weekend. PC Cambridge have a sales drive this weekend and have invited most of East Anglia to attend - with a great weather forecast it wont get a better airing![;)]
