I would appreciate a copy of those instructions if you can put you hand on them. If you could email them to me at. socarco@hotmail.co.uk Good luck with your car sale, that Weiss gold looks realy nice on your car. As for prices being less during winter, i bought my car at christmas withtout seeing it and payed over 40 for it and withh no regrets. They are realy super cars.
ORIGINAL: Siy Yup - I had it done to mine - eporsch in Chobham did it for me - I supplied them with the fitting diagrams which Porsche Byfleet got for me - I still have a copy of them somewhere - let me know if you want me to dig them out for you?

I collect 1:18 scale models. Well, I used to but running out of space to add any more to the collection. Looked around for a Spyder model numerous times and found nothing in 1:18 scale. I need to take my mind of it sharpish!!

Good luck with that sale, not sure about the 'silly' offers part, the seats are leatherette unless upgraded I believe. Happy to be proved wrong but wouldn't want it to cause issue sales description wise. Don't want to hear if you get close to that price sale wise!!

ORIGINAL: DarrellWilson I'm almost certain mine will be up for sale mid August. Absolutely the purest spec - very rare in this spec. Spyder wheels, manual; short shifter; bucket seats; PCCB; No air con; no radio; leather trim to dashboard & doors; white; 10k miles; 12 months Porsche warranty; 4 year major service just done; 12 months tax & MOT; new battery; excellent condition all round. If I get the right money offered then it will go as I've a chance to go racing again next season. Have a look round at what others are fetching before considering making an offer. Message me if you're a genuine buyer
Sorry, should have stated it also has porsche sports exhaust (PSE) and it was registered in 2010.

all that kit and no buckets , woops bet it's fast though and stops well, but all that kit does not go with sports seats !!!! he needs to sell off the parts and sell the car standard imo. 1st dibs on the front 6 pots ;-)

ORIGINAL: Tracy Wilkins Has anyone seen the black Spyder for sale with the Turbo wheels at 911 virgin.
yes the hardest colour to sell it seems, wrong wheels, 41k miles, PDK , that's one tough sell.

All the above are true but fair price and if you can get a bit more off happy days for the value reasons alone i would have thought. [:D]

bar the kit, 41k miles ! cannot see many people in the market for a 41k mile Spyder atm. I don't even keep cars till 40k miles, hence needing to sell my R next year even though I don't really want too. Market is very small for those miles on that new a car imo, add in black, PDK and the wrong wheels, it's a tough sell but he must have got it cheap in the 1st place I guess. things start to feel tired over 40k you don't notice when it's your own car, but jump into a 10k mile car and things are night and day I often find. at 40k miles I would be thinking, new clutch, damper rebuild , all the bushes replaced as it was clearly a well used all year round car, prob needs a new diff soon as Porsche ones are made of cheese. I just see bills....

absolutely i wouldnt touch one with more than 20k miles unless i got a good deal alowing for some necessary replacment costs-my last porsche was the only one I kept over 30k miles and it cost a fair whack over the 3 yrs(luckily mostly covered by warranty)some due to wear and tear.

Fair point about shocks maybe. Clutch not needed its a pdk [;)] For a 2nd or 3rd car not doing much mileage a year, still a decent buy dont think one would lose much in future. Get another 1 k off and if any jobs need doing i am sure it would suit someone on a tight budget.
