Not as light as this guys probably is []ORIGINAL: jdpef356 I bet his wallet is light weight now! [][]
Will be ultra light after all that depreciation then![] What was the thought process behind the wheels - ease of cleaning?
There was a Cayman S for sale locally recently with a similar "look". It sold remarkably quickly. There's a bum for every seat...ORIGINAL: daro911 Not as light as this guys probably is []
Can't have been as the black paintwork will never be easy cleaning [] not to mention the orange bits []ORIGINAL: rob.kellock What was the thought process behind the wheels - ease of cleaning?
I don't mind that. Frankly, it could be sky blue pink with yellow dots on, I've driven one at the PEC and my Spyder was never the same since!

Yeah we don't want to end up like Mr Dean. Don't forget that Sport Mode also backs off the PSM, so it's more risky to use Sport mode in these low temps, especially if it's cold and damp.ORIGINAL: daro911 This is a part of the Spyder folklore we must all avoid ... Drive carefully Spydermen []
I think with Silver or Black wheels it would look stunning (for a tin top [])ORIGINAL: flat6 Standard stuff for a GT3 RS. But after you've built up courage for your body and wheel colour combination, you then have to get your head around having yellow calipers to clash with it []
Bet this guy would too []ORIGINAL: flat6 Wow! He'd struggle to play our game[]
[] I can't really defend it[:-] Yeah when a Sat Nav drops off your windscreen it's very annoying. I did particularly want a car with PCM when I was looking but would've taken a car without. It's a pricey option though. Don't forget you can get iPod connection, and phone opted onto the standard radio. OK, if we go up to 4 options, i'd add ceramic brakes.ORIGINAL: rob.kellock PCM is loads of options in one so it is kind of cheating. Had I not seen my car in the flesh, I would have specced it on a build to order car. I mean, I do enjoy the lightweight ethos of sticking Liz's Garmin in the windscreen when needs must for navigational purposes but it generally falls off on long journeys at some stage which is always a bit distracting! Having iPod, radio, phone and satnav all neatly integrated has to be the preferred option, even on a Spyder! flat6, you are on a Spyderman yellow card for choosing leather and sports chrono over PSE.
Still no PSE???? This is what I drove and would have in my garage if I won the lottery.
I mean your brother would struggle to play our game of going for a spartan Spyder spec. He'd struggle to get down to just 4 options![] The Panemera doesn't do justice to that colour. Makes the Panamera look like it's been overhauled by a boy racer. Yet, on a Spyder it looks brilliant.ORIGINAL: daro911Bet this guy would too []ORIGINAL: flat6 Wow! He'd struggle to play our game[]
The grey and red does work well. I do sometimes think about doing one of the GTx sessions at PEC. At least you can't give me a yellow card for choosing PCCB over PSE[]ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Still no PSE???? This is what I drove and would have in my garage if I won the lottery.
You bloody didn't!!!!
ORIGINAL: flat6 I'd go for: Radio/phone Leather Sports Chrono
Sports Leather Seats were a no charge option so you can have one more How about rear parking sensors USA style[]ORIGINAL: jdpef356 I could not make my mind up for three - but four is easy! PSE SPORTS LEATHER SEATS HEATED SEATS SPORTS CHRONO PLUS
