I've even found them colour coded!

Ok so we have a new player, so lets play just one more round[:)] My 5th option would be the short shifter. (Before I get expelled for not having PSE in my top 5[], it would honestly be there as number 6[:)] )

Your car would sound 25% faster with PSE and as a push on driver plus track day fan-man I can't figure how this would only be number 6! on your wish list [] Now you have moved the goal posts this is my spec x 5 PSE Full Leather Radio-Mobile Sports Chrono Short Shift

ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Ceramics over PSE? I just don't know... Although the thought of permanently clean wheels is like some form of motoring nirvana!
Ceramics can often be more trouble than they are worth if you get any damage done by debris. Standard anchors are more than adequate but no brake dust is MASSIVE plus +++ to consider [&o] but 10 minutes wheel cleaning v 1000's of miles of PSE music makes it a no brainer PORSCHE SPORTS EXHAUST wins it on my tick list

Struggling to keep up this morning! PSE number 1 option all day long for me. John, love the coloured wheel centres, makes all the difference. On the options game, I forgot that climate wasn't standard so I'd want that. It's good for demisting when you're out in the rain up North! Not bothered about the leather in a Spyder and am happy with the standard gearshift. Sports mode always turned on at the same time as PSE every time I get I'm the car so would want to keep that too.

My three would be: PSE PTS Riviera blue Full black leather with deviating stitching in Riviera! Not bothered about the radio, mine sounds sh*t!

Homerdog flat6 has moved the goal posts to 5 so feel free to pick 2 more without any penalties [:D] IF I had known what I know now I too would have loved Riviera with black alloys

It's turning into the Monty Python Spanish Inquisition sketch. Our chief weapon is fear. Fear and surprise. Our two main weapons are fear, surprise and...

When you have finalised the first task you set us how about Round 2 As we all seem to have bought used Spyders, how about keeping it real and honest, what would we have bought brand spanking new especially if we knew it was going to be a long term affair or even a keeper [8D]

Never expected there'd be anything to debate but its been interesting. PSE is a must have for most as are the bucket seats. Assuming no-one has forgotten that PDK is an option, all went manual. Sports chrono certainly is recognised as adding much to the driving experience. Then the choices deviate more and it's more down to comfort. Rob has controversially put heavy climate with lightweight buckets[8D]. I've not opted for the PSE soundtrack, instead going for the visual stimulus of hide. This has lead to ridicule and damage of reputation[:-]. Homerdog & John either don't need a phone and/or don't need a radio either (radio being free I can't tell if you'd opt it but can deduce you dont want the phone). Daro just needs to delete the radio/phone his will be just as Porsche intended[:)] John is the odd one out on seats but who can argue with him as he's held out relentlessly. Is he more wrong about the seats than I am about PSE?[8|] Makes me realise i'd really like buckets to finish off the car, also that it's a real bargain for buckets to be standard on the Spyder. When my son is older (child seat) I may seriously consider finding someone who wants/needs to swap seats. Wouldn't pay for them. Including the Cayman R's out there, it might be possible to find someone to swap. I also realise i'm the odd one out on PSE. Daro, read your other post. On track the thing I think about most is braking and steering. On the road i like PSE but get more thrill from the acceleration. If there was a powerkit i'd consider that first. No one has opted the 'wrong' wheels, so alongside the buckets, another big tick for Porsche. What do others think? Then after that we'll kick off daro's suggestion. daro PSE Full Leather Radio-Mobile Sports Chrono Short Shift  rob PSE PCM3/phone Ceramic Brakes sports chrono climate homerdog PSE PTS Riviera blue Full black leather with deviating stitching in Riviera! PCCB Bi-xenon headlights jpdef356 PSE SPORTS LEATHER SEATS HEATED SEATS SPORTS CHRONO PLUS CLIMATE flat6 Radio/phone Leather Sports Chrono PCCB sport shifter

I know they are an expensive option on other models, but I'm not sure why really because (and this may be controversial) I'm not at all sure that they have any carbon fibre (or leather) in them. My interpretation of Porsche's description is that they are made of plastic and finished with a layer of carbon fibre, which may or may not be real. I admit that they still look great though!
