Christmas Eve 2011 means it's not 6 until 2017!! Unless it's actually a Delorean.

Collected mine new on 23rd May 2010, R18 concours was taking place at the Porsche Centre and after the unveiling I drove it in to the car park and joined in. Didn't win as I didn't have a PCGB sticker in it! The guy organising it had a sense of humour failure as I had entered a 2001 996 C4...

I'll give you a few minutes to have a think about it ;-)

It's interesting going by the Virgin car for sale (nice example) that prices of spyders have not risen much if at all in the last year whereas the CR has which Imho is the much lesser car ie no bespoke bodywork and more a 'Cayman gts' model compared to the SPYDER has seemed to gained circa 10%plus?

According to my last update from the Porsche Vehicle Management System my Spyder should be somewhere in this car jungle waiting to be shipped off to port Emden today[8D]

So far, the we've got:

Old - Steve Brown, Mr Demon, johnnyspider

Ex - Rob Kellock

New - Daro (as well as old and ex!)

Looks like we're keeping it old school on here.

Had a 2011 old type Spyder for 3 years and just taken delivery last month of a 981 Spyder in white.

Thought I ought to get round to change my avatar & show my colours. COME ON TEAM NEW!

Only kidding, 987 or 981. They're both great & well all know it.
