New page, new pic!

ORIGINAL: MrDemon I just went to try and buy a Fiesta ST with my other half. lol I do wonder about low end garages, the sales guys were mental, saying we could not afford one and refused a test drive in their demo car...
No way would I accept that treatment without emailing the MD and seeing him grovel his way out of that one.  I know lifes short and don't sweat the small stuff but if nobody brings it too the attention of the directors this sort of crap will continue to win the day [:'(]
I went into the local Ford dealer to enquire about a Focus ST - when I asked about a test drive, the salesman said he couldn't arrange one as they were too busy (I was the only one in there and there were two salesmen!). As I left, he spotted me getting into the Spyder and came over, suddenly remembering that he could fit me in after all! Needless to say, I told him what he could do with his Focus!

You realize this pic will activate/frustrate our Mr Kellocks' OCD as there are 4 possibilities the crest to valve could be wrong! [:D][:D]

ORIGINAL: daro911 Why not Email the MD at Ford Mark Ovenden mailto:movende1@ford.com [;)]
I will email him Ford Lutterworths reply to face book comment I Posted. "Lutterworth Ford Take your porsche and put it where the sun don't shine!!! Your a douche bag and we don't want your business!!!" It shocking to be getting talked to like this from a dealer imo. shocking or funny not sure which atm.

Thats a bit of a harsh reply from Ford, lets hope they get what's comming to them, no excuses for that kind of behaviour. On another note, with everyone enjoying the weather, What's are some of everyone favourite places to go out for a drive?

That's disgraceful MrD. To operate a Ford dealership and display the oval they have to perform to certain standards laid down by Ford. Ford would be very interested to see the Facebook page published for all to see.

Jesus MrD that's shabby treatment. Contrast me and MrsK visiting Abarth last September - Me: what are they like, I'd heard the ride was harsh? Salesman: here are the keys to that one, go and have a go and see if you like it. 30 mins later we bought one. Ford FB comment is borderline libel. Might be worth a cheeky call to Carter Rucks, I believe they do no win no fee these days yet remain ferocious.

Locking wheel nut is aligned, I reckon it's ok :)

Crikey! Will be interesting to see if an apology follows. They certainly can't sustain this approach as the brand is worth billions and i'd expect the HQ will be wanting a stop to their antics.

just support the comments on their page and say how bad it is. I have emailed the page and comments to the UK ford MD now. but more shocking comments would be good how bad it is ;-) as it's building steam now https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lutterworth-Ford/154057577997357

Nice to see all the comments are positve ones as well, Supprised they haven't taken down their comment yet.

I think they have pulled their page[&o] I went on to post a post and it's not there! Dynamo seems to have worked his magic on the post and page[:D]

It does seem that way, anyone get a screen grab? I remeber reading on here about an exhaust mod to stop the PSE cut out. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I don't want to just unplug thr exhaust.

ORIGINAL: VvrooomM I can't see it for some reason.
I think the whole FB page has been pulled

You may have achieved your goal MrD. There's no way they could maintain that stance. Also as you didn't sling similar insults back, they isolated themselves as the only aggressor. Maybe an apology isn't on the cards as that'd be an admission of guilty but you certainly have the moral victory[;)]

Very poor for a dealer to get involved in a public slanging match, no wonder they've taken it down - I think somebody will have some explaining to do! BTW, crest, locking wheel nut and valve all aligned, Rob can breath easily! [:D]

P97/P87 PSE Manual Control The PSE on the P97, P87 and GT3's needs to be activated every time you start the car by pushing the "Sport" and/or "PSE" button. And even if you have decided to set the PSE in the loud setting, the DME will always switch the PSE to silent between 45 and 75km/h. On most cars, it's also not possible to have the PSE on when the Sport setting is switched off. We now offer a plug and play solution that allows you to control the PSE manually, with memory function and all this via remote control. The 2 channel remote has a "loud" and "silent" button so you can be 100% sure of the setting, even before you start the engine. While you drive, you can switch between loud or silent at any time. If you switch off the ignition, the last setting will be stored so next time you start the car, the PSE will still be in the same position so it's not necessary to push any of the buttons first, in order to get the PSE in the setting that you prefer.
