New members welcome and photos

Hi All, I am joining the fold at the weekend when I pick up an 05 997 C2S. Once she's home I'll put up some pics. A bit of a step up from my trusty 306 GTi6 but it seemed a logical step (well at least to me it did!) [:)]

Steve, Looks like you picked a super weekend to collect your new car- I'm sure you'll enjoy it... A very different drive to the 306 though!! [:D]

Hi fellas, here's a couple of pictures of my new baby on the day I took her home. Was initially planning on getting a Panamera. Had been with wife and daughter to look and everything was in place, then I just happened to pop in one saturday morning on my own and there she was - all Topless, Blue and Gorgeous.[8D]. I put a down-payment down there and then - went home and bought my daughter back to look at it, then got her to phone Mrs 'guru to explain what I had done. I think she's just about got over it now! Had it about 4 months now and still have "that smile" every time I go out. I'm afraid I still haven't got passed that stage of "foot down hard" when I first get onto a motorway - even if it is just for 5 seconds [:)] [link=http://s452.photobucket.com/user/weaponsguru/media/Lid_Down_Showroom1a.jpg.html]
