Porsche Spotting

So that's at least 5 black 944's in and around the guildford area that I know of. Mine, another old lux in immaculate condition with a registration 94 For, James G's, the one above and a young guy with a S2 who waves every time I see him

It's been so long since I've seen another that I thought they'd all moved north or to London but no, at long last just spotted a Red 944 travelling north on the M5 between J18 and 17. Shall have to go and lay down in a darkened room now to recover from the excitement![:)][:)][:)]

silver 944 with toast rack valance and cookie cutters in barmulloch, looked in decent nick but i was behind traffic

So whos 16v did I park next to in Swansea today.. you were looking puzzled with the bonnet up :) Looked good tho.. the car that is!

Red '44 in the right-hand lane of the M25 clockwise, between junctions 17 and 18, stuck in traffic by the look of it. About 3.30pm yesterday (Thursday). Sorry I didn't see you quickly enough to wave. (Black S2).

Guards Red with a Caterham/Wesrfield on a trailer M6 southbound nr Coventry 7.0ish this morning I was going the opposite way in the van as usual!

Two 944's in just over a week! White 944 coupe on Winterstoke Road, Weston-s-Mare whilst driving mine (with the roof down of course). Gave him a wave but don't think he responded. Car looked good though.

Guards red lux travelling eastbound on M4 near Reading this afternoon (4.30pm), closely followed by guards red 924 S. Would have waved but was with the family on the way back from hols in Cornwall, so was in the team minibus instead!

Was two cars behind a H reg Turbo in Beige, IIRC, this morning around the back of Morden, then Mitcham, and he eventually went another direction when we got to the A23, Purley Way.

It was in tip top condition, with beautiful looking wheels

White '44 parked in front of the three horse shoes in Laleham this evening between 18:30 - 19:00.. No one about - must have been having an Orange Juice inside

Very battered Red S2 / Turbo on transporter on A14 nr Cambridge 11.30ish.

What a busy weekend everybody out in the sunshine especially over in the east.
A red 944 coupe Saturday morning on the A329 in Bracknell,
a grey cabriolet with the roof down (good man) in Chislehurst High /st about 4pm Saturday,
Silver grey 944Lux travelling east on M4 around Reading Services about 5.30pm, then a very smart looking Red 944S2 coupe also travelling east on the M4 but a bit further west and then a little later a damson 968 cabriolet also heading east on the M4. Unfortunately mine was at home, needed the space of the bigger car.

924 Silver on a garage forecourt in a little village (Catsworth I think) near Huntingdon.

Not sure if it was for sale or for repair / service etc

Also a nice looking Stag there today 29 07 09

Mike

924 is still there I think as well as a green 928, I often pass that garage when out on the bike, Catworth is a bit off the beaten track though isn't it ?.

944 seen on A64 heading towards York on Saturday 12/09/09 maroon - flashed his one driving light and waved. I waved back. Didn't flash my two driving lights though.
Red 944 on B1224 heading towards Wetherby this morning - I waved and stuff. Bloke looked the other way. Nonchalantly.
