removed 2x fish and chips from the above list as it dosn't look like we are going to make it as the 924 has died [&o] don't fancy trying to keep up with you all in the Panza [:eek:]
 
Typically I now can't attend (and no its not just down to the shame of having to show up in a Vauxhall). Enjoy the day !

It is on the north shore between Oakham and Empingham.

Totally OFF TOPIC - A9XXC - was good to meet at the regional meet this month. Your cars looks great. :) I was a little surprised though ... I thought from your posts that you were about my age :D

Which are you coming to the meet in? :) You could keep them both! Which do you prefer?
 
Still planning on being at the meet - however I just realised the MOT has expired (some time ago[8|]). Booked for 2pm on Friday so fingers crossed..... won't be doing lunch as I will probably be bringing a 10 year old whose boredom threshold I expect to have exceeded by lunchtime.

I'm starting to look doubtful at the moment. I put the car into the bodyshop 3 weeks ago and as is usual its dragging on.

I have confirmed the menu order with the resturant for 17 as follows

2 x Ham egg & chips
2 x Beef , Ale & Mushroom pie
5 x Roast Lamb
6 x Fish & Chips
1 x Goats Cheese
1 x Roast Beef

There are a provisional 3 places left, please phone them direct to see if they will take your order and add you to the table on 01780 460221
The table is booked in the name of Burrows - Porsche club

I have said we will be there 12 noon for 12.30 sit down, gives us time for a drink before lunch

I will be coming to the meet with my son, but can't now do the pub I'm afraid
I will try and persuade a friend to pull out his '85 SC convertible and come along as well

My big issue is that I won't get time to wash/polish it before then and it is looking a bit matt pink...might stick it into the Lithuanians at Huntingdon Tescos on the way up....
