I am going to try my hardest to get there for around 1.30, hopefully without any blue lights behind me!
My turbo is standard, I am interested in getting an idea of how far from standard she has strayed, but if I am too late, I am happy with seeing some of your crazy wagons attempting to break the rollers.
See you saturday,
Rich.
For any of you planning to travel up to Northampton via A34, there are roadworks on both carriage ways with lanes restriced to one lane between Whitchurch south and the Tot Hill services plus major works on the M4 junction at Cheively(not too bad). I got caught out on Friday at Tot hill.[>:] took 1 hour to do 4 miles!

I've knocked up a little spreadsheet and we have 10 of us committing to turning up at 9am, 4 at 10am, 3 at 11am and then 4 over the next three hours, so we should have plenty to start with and keep Jamsport busy. I'll put out the full list, expected arrival times and directions in the next couple of days
I'm still waiting to hear from the following two of you on here and two from Titanic, so I'll be emailing you seperately:

I have just discovered the reason why I was running lean at high rpms in 4th and 5th, I have 15psi chips not 18, I guess I will have to back the boost off a bit.
I e-mailed Danno to ask and may have broken some kind of record, a reply in less than 10 minutes.

Rick, I think Paul was already a little worried you might have too much power for the RR already.
I just spoke to Jamsport and their road is rated to 360BHP, so hopefully you're not going to be any more than that are you Rick []
oh and while I was on the phone, they were just finishing off a 964 that they had remapped from 250bhp to 280bhp after the owner saw their name mentioned on the forum. Methinks we should be on commision []
So come on 964 guys, own up - who was it?

Well the 944S should be safe then [][]
I've not got the T04e or head etc on yet, so I'm not expecting great things for Saturday. I'll be happy with anything over 100 BHP at the roller [][][]
Should I fit it Saturday and do a before and after?
Should I leave well alone while the car is still running? But then on the other hand ......
"....if it ain't broke, fix it till it is."
I'd be interested to hear it at full pelt
Do you like to have your ears bleeding

From the North, if you come off the M1 at Jct16 and head along the A45 towards Northampton you simply travel straight
over three large roundabouts then turn right at the smaller 4th roundabout into Tweed Road. Jamsport are behind WICKES superstore and are the last unit on the right (there are ony 5 units)
From the South and West, if you come off the M1 at Jct 15A and head along the A43 towards Northampton you travel straight over three roundabouts until you see a large UGC Cinema complex and Sixfields football stadium. Turn right at the next roundabout, and then right at the 2nd roundabout after that into Tweed Road behind WICKES.
From the East, head round the ring road following signs to Coventry on the A45 until you see the large UGC Cinema complex and Sixfields football stadium. Turn right at the next roundabout, and then right at the 2nd roundabout after that into Tweed Road behind WICKES.
My mobile is 07803 306589 and Jamsport are on 01604 755529 if you get lost

Which one to leave behind ???? [][]
I'm still trying to get someone else to bring the other one up, but have no confirmation as yet.
Paul, have you got a reserve on standby to make up the numbers ??
I've got the Link programmer connected up now. I might JUST reach 100 BHP on the roller [][][]
P.S. Bring ear defenders [][]

Dare I attempt to fit the MAP kit on Friday?
Well? Is it fitted yet? [8D]
Well? Is it fitted yet?
Yes, just in time to get out for R11 Champers and chips.
Haven't really given it some yet but can comment so far as:-
Significant reduction in lag,
Much noise from dump valve, well there isn't anything in between it and atmosphere apart from my K&N.
A bit of an anoying trait initialy is that tickover is down and gets worse when warm to the extent of stalling [] I guess it mut be all relative to not having a barn door acting like a choke. [8|] Still I have little doubt that the combined minds of Team Turbot will sort it tomorow.

I think Graham Francis on Titanic had a lower idle at first, but he was going to dial it out with the Link handset (I don't actually know what that means [&:], but they say it all the time on Rennlist )
