[] Someone did that to me a few years ago. Admitedly it was the fiesta, but at the time I was a poor student and it was the best I could afford. I was proud of it's un-marked condition so I was livid when I found the fist sized dent on the wing. I don't want to think how annoyed I'd be if someone did that to my 944 now! Well today I put the tax disc in my car. I had just put a tax disc in the fiesta too...the difference between the cost of the two discs still astounds me.ORIGINAL: _ian Discovered that someone appears to have done a three point turn in the street and used the side of my 944 as a substitute for looking in the mirrors. Have a dent the size of the palm of my hand in one of the front wings. Not in a very good mood today...

sorry to hear that Ian. my car got keyed last month after 5 years of careful protection so I know how you feel. It might be worth looking at the hair dryer and compressed air dent treatment if the dent is in a flat part of the panel. watch the video Oli if you do a search on youtube there are dozens of examples showing the panel dent snapping back out with absolutly no damage []ORIGINAL: zcacogp Ian, Very sorry to hear that. I guess that to55ers will always be around, and will always do such things. I fear for my sanity the day that this happens to me ... Nick - does that actually work? Have you tried it? Oli.

Phew! I do like it when that happensORIGINAL: JamesOBig relief! turned out to be the handbrake springs making a bid for freedom. All fixed and rolling again in under an hour. Just coincedence the noise started after a spirited pull away.ORIGINAL: JamesO Today I have been mostly damaging my car. After taking advantage of the nice cold air/boost, my car developed some loud expensive sounding noises from the back end when rolling. Typically I havn't got around to sourcing/putting new bearings in the other transaxle yet.
