Was wondering if it would be ok for "dry" tyres..
If it's wet you'll be fine. I'll be after a passenger lap if you're on semi-slicks in the rain! []

OMG am I going to be out of my depth at this thing..I'll be the car with its indicator on permanently, dodging speeding bullets.
For "dry" tyres, are you using the "prime" or the "option" compound? Scrubbed or stickers?

No you will be fine - there will be a big mix of cars and abilities from novices through to racers - the faster cars wont necessarily be the quickest. Worth getting tuition if its your first day though.

I am hoping to come along to watch tomorrow. What time will it go on till?
Thanks
About 8pm, we'll then be heading off for a bite to eat/drink nearby and everyone's welcome.

About to dig out my spare set of trackday wheels with some highly collectable P Zero Cs,bit worried about using them incase they are collectors items
Snap! [] - In fact I just had some fresh ones put on the rears (Or should I keep them "box fresh" if they are becoming collectors items? [] ) - Forecast seems to be for rain during the day & clearing up later.
I might just stick with the T1-R's & put the PZeroC's in the back of the car.
I'm planning to go to Cadwell tomorrow as well - just spectatating & passengering before heading down to Silverstone in the afternoon.

I'm going to get my racing drivers excuses out of the way early on, my car is a bit down on power as I'm running the standard American map in the piggy back and no SC. Still feels fairly sprightly though []

Setting off in half an hour or so.
Just a reminder that I'll be in a red Lux DxxxLJO, will be the big chap (think balast) in a black and white polo shirt, and will be grateful of a passenger lap!
Hope to take a few snaps. If there are any cancellations then I could be tempted out??

You've probably left now James, but cancellations do appear, have a chat with Melindi when you get there, perhaps leave a mobile number with her if there are no spaces and see what turns up.

Certainly looked like good fun out there, therefore I will be booking myself on the next one.
Good to meet Pater and Paul!

I may have got a bit carried away on my last session however, the batteries in my camera ran out after 45 minutes on track so I guess I may have been out there for not far off an hour [] My tyres had really gone off by then but that didn't stop me enjoying myself.
Did anyone count how many 924/44/68's were there? Seemed a great turn out both on and off track. It's a shame I didn't think to suggest we should have had a photo opportunity at the end of the day, but your pictures really make up for that James!
Had great evening thanks, took loads of pics, but all the good ones are of everythimg else!
That green GT3 RS seems to be particularly photogenic.
Here's a couple of the better one - if I get the size right
